Stan joined DraftKings in December of 2020. It was a glorious time, except for that whole COVID thing, when we got Madden streams and boisterous bat flips from the KBO. I was brought on board to bring some West Coast flavor. I especially love hoops, and most of my content is in that arena. When I walk along the beach, strumming my guitar, the beat that I hear is not one of crashing waves. No, it is the beat of the ball bouncing off the hardwood with highs provided by the squeaks of the sneakers. Ball is life.
Game 6 between the Pacers and Knicks is tonight. The home team has won every game so far. In the first two games, the teams put up 238 and 251 points. Adjustments were predictably made and, as the teams got more comfortable with each other, the combined scores were 217 and 210 in the next […]

This series between the Timberwolves and Nuggets has been akin to a heavyweight fight from the golden years of boxing. Denver entered the ring with the belt, experience and guile while Minnesota was a young, inexperienced, but legitimate contender for the throne. The Timberwolves came out of the gates throwing haymakers and connecting, one big […]

There are two games tonight, with the No. 2 seeds from each conference in action. Home court has reigned supreme in the East while the West has consisted of road warriors, as home court has been trampled in every contest like Genghis Khan pillaging all of Asia. Can Minnesota adjust to the adjustments made by […]

We are down to the last two matchups to fill the Conference Semifinal brackets on each side. And they both happen to be the 4/5 matchups, with the lower seeds at home tonight trying to force a Game 7. In the DAL/LAC series, home court has meant diddly squat, as the road team has won […]

There are two games tonight, both in the Eastern Conference. IND has a chance to close out their series with MIL at home while PHI is at home, trying to force a Game 7 at MSG. Giannis Antetokounmpo ($10,900) is officially doubtful, but ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that he could return tonight. Joel Embiid ($10,700), […]

All three games are in the Eastern Conference side of the bracket. East Coast bias!!! I kid, I kid. The Thunder, Timberwolves and Nuggets all took care of business in their respective series already. CLE/ORL are tied at 2-2 with the series moving back to Cleveland tonight. IND and NYK can close things out and […]

We have three games tonight, but all with different circumstances. OKC has dominated all series and is looking for the sweep. DEN came back in all three games, but couldn’t make it four in a row. Now they are looking to close things out at home. MIA got the split in BOS, which was cute, […]
