Stan joined DraftKings in December of 2020. It was a glorious time, except for that whole COVID thing, when we got Madden streams and boisterous bat flips from the KBO. I was brought on board to bring some West Coast flavor. I especially love hoops, and most of my content is in that arena. When I walk along the beach, strumming my guitar, the beat that I hear is not one of crashing waves. No, it is the beat of the ball bouncing off the hardwood with highs provided by the squeaks of the sneakers. Ball is life.
We have three Game 3s tonight. After dominating Minnesota during the regular season, Phoenix finds themselves down 0-2. At least they return home tonight. The other two series had the road team get the split, and now they have the advantage of playing in front of their home crowd, which will no doubt be raucous. […]

We have three Game 3s tonight. All of the higher seeds took care of business at home. Now the venues change. The odds are bleak for the teams down 0-2, but they will become insurmountable if they go down 0-3. There have been 151 NBA teams to go down 0-3. Only four forced a Game […]

We have three games tonight. MIN is at home against PHO, MIL hosts IND and LAC welcomes DAL once again. So far, home teams are 11-0 in these playoffs. Giannis Antetokounmpo ($10,900) has missed the last four games and is doubtful tonight. Kawhi Leonard ($8,000), Grayson Allen ($5,300) and Kyle Anderson ($3,800) are questionable. Keep […]

We have three games tonight. CLE hosts ORL, NYK hosts PHI and DEN hosts LAL. All the home teams were victorious in Game 1 of their respective series. In the first round, 93.4 percent of teams (183 games) have won the series after going up 2-0, so a split is imperative if the lower-seeded teams […]

We talkin’ bout playoffs?! Indeed. It’s about that time, as the Western Conference side of the bracket is what constitutes Tuesday’s slate. The 9-seed Kings host the 10-seed Warriors, with the loser golfing. The 7-seed Pelicans host the 8-seed Lakers. The winner faces the 2-seed Nuggets while the loser faces the winner of the Kings/Warriors […]

The NBA went full Oprah on us for Friday, as every team is playing. Then the feat will be replicated on Sunday after no teams play on Saturday. This will be my last regular season hoops piece for this season. I hope that I was able to assist in your DFS journey this season and […]

There are 14 games on the NBA calendar tonight, but only 11 on the main slate. The GSW/LAL, LAC/PHO and NOP/POR games are the night games. This is the final week of the regular season, so there could be more shenanigans than what we’ve seen the past few weeks. In addition, there are a ton […]

We have a 10-game slate tonight, but we shall call it the Memphis Slate, as they will likely only have eight players tonight. In addition, there is value galore from other teams, so this puzzle has morphed into a spider web. The MIN/PHO and UTA/LAC games are off the main slate. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cade Cunningham, […]
