You never like to see a bookshelf with ugly bookends; it threatens to distract from all the glorious storylines held between. Unfortunately, this is a fine representation of the 2024-2025 Los Angeles Rams, who started the season 1-4 because of an IR so expensive it could rent out half of SoFi Stadium. And, despite this […]

In what’s shaping up to be a bit of a pesky-on-paper two-seed-versus-seven-seed matchup, the Denver Broncos and their gymnastically-talented defense will travel—and that defense does travel—to Orchard Park, New York to face the Buffalo Bills. Of course, Orchard Park means more than just the Bills: it means the elements, and the lake effect, and Bills […]

The Los Angeles Chargers released their final injury report before Saturday’s Wild Card matchup in Houston against the Texans, and it had some notable designations. Trusty vet WR Joshua Palmer is out with a foot injury, and Quentin Johnston (thigh; $4,800) is questionable. Starting RB J.K. Dobbins (ankle; $6,200) is also questionable, potentially leaving the […]

May we all try—Chargers fans everywhere—to cast the memories of Maxx Crosby shredding Storm Norton in the Week 18 win-and-in game between the Bolts and the Las Vegas Raiders, in which we saw Justin Herbert futilely mouthing prayers for a tie on the sideline so as to make it to the wild card round. No […]

I don’t want to sound too overexcited as an NFL fan, but it’s entirely possible our ship hath come in. There we were in October, firmly in the fantasy football trenches of Weeks 7-12, while the new NBA season kicked off and DraftKings Sportsbook rolled out the most cherry red carpet for the beginning of […]

In the waning moments of the third quarter in Week 17’s game between the Tennessee Titans and the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tyjae Spears headed to the blue medical tent. He’s being evaluated for a concussion, per beat reporters. Tyjae Spears is in the blue tent being evaluated for a concussion per Ramon Foster’s #Titans radio sideline […]

UPDATE 1:35 p.m. ET: Smith is back in for the drive following his injury. He’s got his right wrist wrapped. Early in the Week 17 tilt between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles, DeVonta Smith took a hard hit (see below) and appeared to grab his wrist. He’s now in the blue medical tent […]

The most underrated never named Mr. December out there, in my opinion, is Matthew Stafford. Not only has he done nothing but win this calendar month (the Rams are 4-0), but he’s also failed to eclipse his passing yardage total the past two weeks. Good quarterbacks win; great quarterbacks cover (which Stafford has also done […]

The invisible man still has prop bet markets on DraftKings Sportsbook! Wild, right? Seeing as Cooper Kupp’s zero-point performance against the San Francisco 49ers happened in the first round of the fantasy playoffs, and his 4.9 FPT performance against the Jets was almost more uninspiring than his goose-egg. But things are shaping up for number […]

In a possible near-division-clinching matchup on Saturday Night Football, the Los Angeles Rams host the Arizona Cardinals at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. It’s a tale of two momentum vectors for these teams, with the Rams seemingly headed unstoppably for the playoffs, and the Cardinals sliding toward another disappointing season with Kyler Murray at the […]

Another round of Saturday Night Lights, another heated divisional rivalry. Last Saturday it was the Steelers and the Ravens; this time it’s the Los Angeles Rams and the Arizona Cardinals. Let’s get you set for the NFL $600K Saturday Night Showdown [$200K to 1st] (ARI @ LAR) NFL DFS contest on DraftKings, where I think […]
