As a man of literature myself, I felt compelled to endeavor a full analysis of A.J. Brown’s betting markets and DFS prospects for Super Bowl Sunday 2025. Like draws like, etc. And, while I’m more of a fiction guy, A.J.’s out there reading highlighted/annotated mantras that keep him from ripping heads off and rolling them […]

Just like the Eagles and Chiefs are running back a rematch from the 2022 Super Bowl, DraftKings Sportsbook is running back its King of the End Zone promotion for the final NFL game of the ’24-’25 season. Cue visions of 50+ yard A.J. Brown bombs, another home run from Barkley that tops 60 yards, or […]

If I have to write about another Kansas City Chief’s potential performance in a Super Bowl, I decided I was going to make it about the young man I can’t fault for dominating my Februarys the past two years. Can’t blame a rookie, right? And what a ride it’s been for Xavier Worthy this season, […]

Just days after the Cleveland Browns organization made it clear that they weren’t whatsoever open to trading superstar edge rusher Myles Garrett, Garrett took to social media this morning and hard-launched his official request to be traded to a contender. Myles Garrett has requested a trade. His statement: pic.twitter.com/yx5Q9Exa0V — Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) February 3, […]

Who’s ready to get in on some funhouse NFL action this weekend? The Pro Bowl Skills Challenge games pop off tomorrow, January 30th, at 7 p.m. ET, in place of the regularly-scheduled Thursday Night Football. Note that this does not include the marquee Flag Football event, which kicks off on Sunday, February 2nd. For both […]

Queue the obligatory: And then there were four. And, therein, two are familiar with the Conference Championship stage as a stepping stone: both the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs are looking to reach the Super Bowl for at least the second time in the last three years. The Chiefs, of course, have famously won […]

As it stands now, Lions stud RB Jahmyr Gibbs is the short-odds favorite to score an Anytime TD on DraftKings Sportsbook on NFL Divisional Round Saturday. His odds to score, as it stands, are a whopping -245—practically unbettable, outside of including it as a leg in a parlay. Having said that, with the King of […]

One of the enduring, most-frustrating, and winking mysteries of this 2024 NFC West Champions Los Angeles Rams team is the disappearance of Cooper Kupp from the team’s passing offense. What’s wrong with Cooper Kupp? is the common refrain. His last regulation contest with more than three targets was the Week 14 shootout at SoFi with […]

NFL Super Wild Card Weekend sees its capstone game—the Los Angeles Rams vs. the Minnesota Vikings—head to Glendale, Arizona for Monday Night Football. The California wildfires have made a home game for the Rams at SoFi untenable, and have wreaked far worse damage, physically and spiritually, to so many people in the affected areas. Still, […]

Just about the only positive—let alone redeeming—moment for the Los Angeles Chargers in their one-and-done Wild Card playoff loss to the Texans was Ladd McConkey’s 86-yard touchdown reception. The very same play, as it would turn out, which crowned him Saturday’s King of the End Zone on DraftKings Sportsbook. It was always going to be […]

A rather chalky Wild Card Weekend—redeemed in part by a fantastic three-seed-six-seed Sunday Night Football matchup that saw Jayden Daniels’ Commanders beat Mike Evans’ Buccaneers—pivots to a fairly eccentric Monday Night capstone in Arizona. Neither team is from Arizona. This isn’t a neutral-site sort of game. But, because of the horrific wildfires in California, this […]
