Garion is a Toronto-based writer who has been playing fantasy sports since elementary school. With a particular affinity for advanced statistics and sabermetrics, he’s been covering DFS Baseball, Football and Basketball for DraftKings dating back to 2018. Prior to that, Garion’s work could be found at FNTSY, SportsGrid, HoopsHype, The New York Daily News and Sportsnet.ca. Still, he is a Dolphins fan, so his decision-making can be questioned from time-to-time.
It’s only a two-game slate in the NBA on Monday night, which means value plays are going to be at a premium. With that in mind, here are my top couple low-salary picks for this evening’s action on the hardcourt. Set your DraftKings fantasy basketball lineups here: NBA $350K Shootaround [$100K to 1st] PG Ty […]

This week, and throughout the entirety of the NBA Playoffs, the DraftKings Sportsbook is offering a No-Sweat betting promotion for users. What does that mean? Well, if you place a bet on tonight or tomorrow’s action on the hardcourt and it loses, don’t fret! You’ll receive a bonus bet for your trouble. That doesn’t mean […]

UPDATE: Garland has been ruled out for Game 3. While Darius Garland had been making headlines the past 48 hours for his postgame comments about Tyler Herro and his lack of defense, the more important news for Saturday’s Game 3 is the health of the point guard. After logging 31.7 minutes in Wednesday’s victory, Garland […]

While every team is in action on Friday, DraftKings’ featured MLB slate is just 12 games, getting started in New York at Yankee Stadium at 7:05 p.m. ET. There’s also a trio of Cy Young hopefuls at the top of tonight’s pitcher pricing list. Which one should you be building your lineups around? Who should […]

What is going on the AL East? Baseball’s “toughest” division has been underwhelming to begin 2025, with the Blue Jays, the Rays and the Orioles all below .500 at the start of action on Friday. The Red Sox haven’t been all that great, either, sitting at 14-13 and in possession of a negative run differential. […]

You would be hard-pressed to find a bigger baseball fan than me. However, I’ll even acknowledge that this is not the MLB’s night. Not only does Thursday feature the NFL Draft, not only does it feature NBA and NHL playoff games, but there’s just straight up not a ton going on on the diamond. That’s […]

We are an immediate satisfaction society. Heck, it’s why MLB instituted the pitch clock and attempted to make games end faster. However, even with the average game time waaaaay down, if you’re looking for the quickest action on the board for baseball, it’s a NRFI (no run first inning) prop bet. Here are my favorite […]

It’s a big night in the sports world, with a three-game slate of first-round NBA playoff action and, of course, the NFL Draft. Here’s the thing: You can’t build DFS lineups for a draft. So, by default, the basketball is the better option for your viewing needs on Thursday night. You’re welcome. You’ll need some […]
