Garion is a Toronto-based writer who has been playing fantasy sports since elementary school. With a particular affinity for advanced statistics and sabermetrics, he’s been covering DFS Baseball, Football and Basketball for DraftKings dating back to 2018. Prior to that, Garion’s work could be found at FNTSY, SportsGrid, HoopsHype, The New York Daily News and Sportsnet.ca. Still, he is a Dolphins fan, so his decision-making can be questioned from time-to-time.
Every team is set to take the field tonight in MLB, which means you’ll have hundreds of options for home run props on the DraftKings Sportsbook. How will you be able to narrow things down? Well, you could do a bunch of analysis yourself. Or you could let me do all that work for you. […]

Is this the least compelling matchup possible? There are teams with fewer victories than the 23-win Marlins, yet the Pirates and Orioles at least have some star power, while a meeting between the Rockies and the White Sox would be interesting in the same way people like going to see screenings of The Room. But […]

It has been exactly a month since Mike Trout has played in an MLB game. That streak will end tonight in Cleveland. The former MVP has been reinstated from the 10-day injured list and will be in the lineup on Friday against Luis Ortiz and the Guardians. It’s been an odd start to the season […]

Who could have believed we’d be here? I mean that both literally and figuratively, actually. This game wasn’t originally supposed to be at 4:30 p.m. ET, but rain in the evening Baltimore forecast has moved the tilt up to this afternoon. Still, I’m also talking about the fact that a matchup between the Orioles and […]

It’s Friday and the Cubs are in Chicago. You know that means afternoon baseball at Wrigley. It’s a pretty good pitching matchup, too, even if it’s not quite a battle of household names. Andrew Abbott will put his sterling 1.77 ERA on the line against Colin Rea in this meeting between NL Central mainstays, as […]

Did anyone else watch Wednesday’s game between the Blue Jays and the Rangers? It legitimately looked like it was being played in the dead-ball era. Toronto, who had been shutout on Tuesday, didn’t score for the first eight innings of the contest and was finally saved at the last moment by a pinch-hit Bo Bichette […]
