The tea was spilled in the most awkward party ever on Wednesday’s episode of Big Brother, and now Jason’s game is on life support.

Sunday’s episode began Week 3 of the summer-long competition, as a new Head of Household was crowned. The Toolshed once again grabbed power for the week, with Kamu earning the HOH key.
Lyric won the Power of Veto, which was fine for Kamu’s plan to backdoor Jason. Before he could get to that, however, Kamu felt the need to blow up Jason’s game at the most dramatic tea party every thrown (sorry, Mallory). Did Kamu ensure that no one will want to work with Jason? Or did his tea party plan backfire?

Big Brother Season 28 Episode 12 recap
A foregone conclusion… or not?
Julie opened up Thursday’s episode at the Big Brother house by running through the action that took place over the last few days. Kamu felt confident that he had destroyed Jason’s game at the tea party, and the latter confirmed that no one had talked game with him following his blow-up. Some houseguests shared Kamu’s backup plan to take Mallory out if Jason won the BB Blockbuster again, but the house seemed relatively split on how that would play out. Meanwhile, Devens and Kamu noted how Drew’s strategy of playing both sides was going to backfire at the upcoming vote. Angela and Dee later shared these sentiments.
Quietly, the non-Toolshed members threw out a potential plan to keep Jason due to his strong comp abilities, pitching the concept to Barrett, who feared his fringe status within his own alliance. He later shared this pitch with Drew, who seems intrigued and ready to play Big Brother. As Julie alluded to in the opener, Jason’s fate may not be as cemented as many perceived it to be.
Video tape tumble
Jason, Mallory and LaLa competed for safety in a BB Blockbuster competition that was basically reverse Jenga. Host Julie Chen Moonves walked through the competition earlier in the day on Thursday ahead of the live episode. She broke down the rules of the game before joining two production assistants in demonstration.
LaTrice immediately took herself out of the equation with a silly mistake, ending her chance at the Blockbuster only seconds into the competition. Mallory and Jason scrambled from there, with the former maintaining a slight edge that she was able to hold onto until the very end. It came down to a last-second attempt to sneak a tying VHS in, but Jason came up just short, as Mallory won the competition and took herself off the block.
Jason was extremely emotional following the Blockbuster, and the group headed out for the impending vote.
And the latest Big Brother eviction is…
With Mallory securing her safety for at least another week, the house was left with two people remaining on the block: the unpredictable, chaotic Jason, or the more secure LaTrice. Kamu’s sights remained set on Jason, but would the rest of the house agree with him?
Jason made an impassioned appeal to any and everyone to keep him, but in the end it didn’t work, as he became the latest houseguest evicted from Big Brother.
Following his eviction, Jason said his goodbyes and left the house and greeted Julie in good spirits. Now, the competition continues.
