What is the theme for Big Brother Season 28?
After a trip to Hotel Mystere in Season 27, the houseguests will be going on another trip in Season 28 — a trip through time. CBS revealed on July 1 that the season’s “Time Trip” theme will make time itself the ultimate twist.
A CBS press release explains in further detail that:
Houseguests will enter a world where rooms, relics and competitions transport them across moments in time, while early twists shake up the game from the start. Inspired by decades like the ’80s and Y2K, new powers and challenges can disrupt strategy and alliances.
The theme will also extend to the Big Brother Season 28 house, which I wrote about in more detail in my complete Big Brother Season 28 theme and house breakdown when the theme was revealed on July 1. As with every season, elements of the season’s theme will shape the decor of the house. During Tuesday’s Big Brother Broveal, host Julie Chen Moonves walked us through the house, showing off various rooms and how they tie into the time trip theme, as well as some interesting time travel protoypes which could shake up the game.
