Since Fallout season 2 got underway last month, the show has kicked back into full gear. The season midpoint is in the rearview mirror, putting the adaptation of the blockbuster video game franchise on a path towards a much-anticipated finale.
If you are waiting on the edge of your seat for the upcoming action and twisty plot developments, here is everything you need to know heading into season 2, episode 6:
When does Fallout S2E6 come out?
After dropping all eight episodes of season 1 at once, Prime Video has pivoted to weekly releases for season 2. And despite routinely leaning on three-episode premieres for The Boys, Gen V, Invincible and their other blockbuster shows, Prime Video went with a one-episode premiere for Fallout season 2.
Season 2, episode 6 will drop on Wednesday, January 21 at 3 a.m. ET. The episode will likely have a runtime of around one hour.

Who will show up in this episode?
Certain characters and plot lines have been omitted in different episodes so far. The Brotherhood didn’t make appearances in the either season premiere or episode 5, while Hank just returned from a two-episode hiatus. That being said, here is a list of the actors and characters who could pop up in episode 6:

It seems like Macaulay Culkin’s Lacerta Legate and Kumail Nanjiani’s Paladin Xander Harkness did die at the end of episode 3, after all, so they probably won’t be back. The Yosemite and Coronado Elders also appeared to kick the bucket in episode 4, but Elder Quintus is still out there as far as we know.
What to expect in Fallout S2E6
After escaping from a pack of Deathclaws on the Strip, Lucy and the Ghoul made it to Freeside. Lucy, looking for addictol to flush out her system, wound up robbing a convenience store and ending the man impersonating its owner. While she does get right physically, Lucy is continuing to lose herself the longer she’s out of the vault.
Meanwhile, we got a little more insight into Cooper’s backstory and his last trip to Vegas. He refused to take out House for Moldaver, but went with his wife to spy on Hank’s cold fusion-for-bombs exchange anyways. House, who has been using a body-double in public, knew about Moldaver’s plan all along. He let Cooper come to him, though, and told him that he doesn’t think Vault-Tec will start the war. Still, House has tried to calculate when the world will end, and Cooper coming to Vegas shifted the date up a month. After a long night of partying, Cooper finally seemed to confront Barb about her role in the impending nuclear apocalypse. Jumping ahead to the present, Cooper sold Lucy out to her father, who finally got House’s long-lost mind control technology to work on the Snake Oil Salesman from season 1. Even though Hank was threatening Cooper’s wife and daughter, Lucy used her stolen power-fist to punch the Ghoul out the window and skewer him on a lamp post before passing out.
With the Ghoul trapped and Lucy taken by her father – and guarded by Deathclaws – Maximus and Thaddeus may have to come to the rescue. They are both wandering the Mojave Wasteland after sparking a Brotherhood meltdown at Area 51. Norm won’t be much help, since he just got knocked out by Ronnie back at Vault-Tec HQ in Los Angeles. The characters in Vaults 32 and 33 don’t seem like they will intersect with anyone on the surface soon, but Norm did at least discover that they might be the victims of a Forced Evolutionary Virus – as we theorized last week.
