Which NFL Teams are favored the most in the 2025 NFL season?
1. Buffalo Bills
The Buffalo Bills are favored in all 17 of their regular-season matchups based on the oddsmakers at DraftKings Sportsbooks. This is the second time in the Josh Allen era that this has occurred, as Buffalo was also favored in all 16 games back in 2022. The Bills went 13-3 in 2022, but went 8-9-1 against the spread on the season.
Buffalo should be happy with how their upcoming schedule aligned based on the odds on display. They made it to the AFC Championship last season before coming up short 32-29 to the Kansas City Chiefs, and will be looking for revenge this season.

Buffalo also holds +700 odds of winning the Super Bowl, the second-best odds of any team, as well as +350 odds of winning the AFC while sitting as -260 favorites to win their division on DraftKings Sportsbook.
2. Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs are favored in 16 of the 17 games this season, with the lone exception being the Week 9 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. They are set to be one of the most public teams in the league this season, playing games on Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as seven night games during primetime.
The hopes of a three-peat were spoiled with a blowout loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl. But, Kansas City has nothing to hang their heads about, having won the AFC in five of the past six seasons with three Super Bowls during this stretch.

The Chiefs hold -120 odds of winning the AFC West, +370 odds of winning the AFC, and are +750 to win the Super Bowl on DraftKings Sportsbook.
T3. Philadelphia Eagles
Next up on this list is the team that put a stop to the potential three-peat. The defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles are favored in 15 of the 17 regular-season games. The Eagles enter as underdogs in the Week 2 Super Bowl rematch, as well as a Week 17 matchup with the Buffalo Bills.
The reigning champions are in a unique position to run it back and contend once again with their core remaining in place. GM Howie Roseman has been artful in his strategy to hand out extensions before Philadelphia’s key players reach free agency as a way to keep costs controlled and keep players happy. He recently handed Saquon Barkley a two-year extension following the Super Bowl victory as evidence of this.

Philadelphia also holds -140 odds of winning the NFC East, +310 odds of winning the NFC, and +650 odds to repeat as Super Bowl Champions on DraftKings Sportsbook.
T3. Baltimore Ravens
Also favored in 15 of the 17 regular-season games, the Baltimore Ravens look to wipe the sour taste of their playoff loss to the Bills in the Divisional Round. They enter as underdogs in the opening-week matchup against the Bills and the Week 4 matchup against Kansas City, while being favorites the rest of the way.
Despite the playoff shortcomings, Baltimore is running it back with the same core. They handed Derrick Henry a notable contract extension and look to build on the success of the best quarterback/running back rushing duo in the NFL in their second season together.

The Ravens hold -145 odds of winning the AFC North, +350 odds of winning the AFC, and +700 odds of winning the Super Bowl on DraftKings Sportsbook.
T3. San Francisco 49ers
A bit of a surprise on this list following their 6-11 season last season, the San Francisco 49ers are favored in 15 of the 17 regular-season games this time around. They do not hold as many significant spreads as the teams mentioned above, with 7.5 marking their biggest spread on the season, but the 49ers are only underdogs to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 5 and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 6.
There were some notable roster changes in the offseason, but the organization showed its faith in Brock Purdy by making him the seventh-highest-paid quarterback in the NFL. They will hope for an output much closer to his 2023 season in contrast to what occurred last season, though much of his decline was due to factors outside of the quarterback’s control.

The 49ers are +145 favorites to win the NFC West, hold +950 odds of winning the NFC, and +2000 odds of winning the Super Bowl on DraftKings Sportsbook.
