After claiming their second consecutive AFC North title with a 12-5 record last season, the Baltimore Ravens looked like a true contender among a stacked conference. Lamar Jackson posted a stellar campaign which arguably should’ve earned the quarterback his third NFL MVP award, while Derrick Henry ran all over opposing defenses and looked like his vintage self with over 1,900 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns. Their quest for a Super Bowl came to a premature end on an unfortunate end-zone drop in the Divisional Round, and that’s all she wrote.
However, the Ravens are running it back in 2025. They return the same group offensive talent which produced over 30 points per game last season, and they loaded up on defense via the draft to bolster their weaker side of the ball. In an AFC North with a competitive Cincinnati Bengals squad, the quarterback-less Pittsburgh Steelers, plus a re-tooling Cleveland Browns roster, the division feels wide open for the Ravens’ taking. Can they avenge last season’s disappointing finish and reach the promised land?
