If NBA fans were hungry for more action during yesterday’s four-game slate, they’ll get their wish today, as all but eight teams will take the court for tonight’s 11-game offering. Although the two championship favorites — the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Boston Celtics — won’t play, there are plenty of top teams and must-start […]

The PGA TOUR’s four-week Florida Swing comes to an end this weekend as 156 of the world’s best players travel to Palm Harbor, Fla. to take on Innisbrook Resort’s Copperhead Course. Although this week’s field isn’t quite as prestigious as last weekend’s at THE PLAYERS Championship, the PGA TOUR’s flagship event, it’s still a fairly […]

UPDATE: Tyrese Haliburton has been ruled out for tonight’s game, while Pascal Siakam is available, per the Indiana Pacers. For the Indiana Pacers, every game is effectively a playoff game from here on out. They’ve clinched at least a spot in the Play-In Tournament, but the goal is assuredly the fourth seed. They’re tied with […]

Just three games remain in the NBA regular season, and the Cleveland Cavaliers have clinched home court advantage throughout the Eastern Conference for the first time since LeBron James wore the wine and gold. The Los Angeles Lakers are in the middle of a set of six games in three nights. The first two — a 126-106 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks and a 131-126 defeat to the Denver Nuggets — were rough, but the Lakers did pick up a 107-96 win over the Phoenix Suns last night. The […]

The future of the Memphis Grizzlies hinges largely on the 100 members of the media who vote for end-of-season every year. If Jaren Jackson Jr. wins Defensive Player of the Year — he, the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Evan Mobley, and the Atlanta Hawks’ Dyson Daniels are the main contenders — he’ll be eligible for a five-year, […]

After a long and eventful offseason, the MLB regular season is finally among us. The reigning World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers — who roster Japanese superstar Shohei Ohtani and recently signed his compatriot, Roki Sasaki, in arguably free agency’s biggest move — will open the season with a matchup against Shota Imanaga and the […]

With 15 or fewer games remaining in the regular season for almost every NBA team, one thing is all but certain — at least two teams with a losing record in the regular season will play a first-round playoff series. The four Play-In Tournament teams in the Eastern Conference are all but set: the 32-36 […]
