With a particular affinity for advanced statistics and sabermetrics, he’s been covering DFS Baseball, Football and Basketball for DraftKings dating back to 2018. Prior to that, Garion’s work could be found at FNTSY, SportsGrid, HoopsHype, The New York Daily News and Sportsnet.ca. Still, he is a Dolphins fan, so his decision-making can be questioned from time-to-time.
Just when you think the Braves’ nightmarish season couldn’t get any worse — it does. After tossing what might’ve been his best start of the season this past weekend against the Phillies, Spencer Schwellenbach is headed to the 15-day IL with a fractured right elbow. There is currently some hope that Schwellenbach will pitch again […]

This is a weird day for baseball. Just trust me. There’s games starting at noon. There’s three doubleheaders. In general, there’s simply an air of lunacy surrounding today’s action on the diamond. Still, for the purposes of this article, we’ll be focusing solely on this evening’s 10-game featured MLB DFS slate on DraftKings. Let’s dig […]

Have a Canada Day, George Springer. The Blue Jays and Yankees are in the midst of a crucial four-game series this week, as Toronto currently finds itself just a single game back of the Bronx Bombers in the race for the AL East crown. The Blue Jays have already taken the first two contests, thanks […]

Several games were rained out or suspended due to inclement weather on Tuesday, which has created a zany Wednesday schedule in the MLB world. To wit, this afternoon’s tilt between the Tigers and the Nationals is one of three doubleheaders on today’s slate. Let’s preview this unexpected matinee matchup with the help of some odds […]

I am legitimately fascinated to see the reception that the Red Sox get on Friday night. While the Rafael Devers trade now feels like forever ago, the fact of the matter is that this will be the team’s first game in Boston since the transaction. It probably doesn’t help the overall vibes that the Red […]

UPDATE: Guerrero Jr. is back in the lineup for Friday’s game, batting third. UPDATE: X-rays have come back negative for Vladimir Guerrero Jr. on Thursday. His next opportunity to play will be Friday at Fenway Park. We have a little zesty action this afternoon in Cleveland. After getting hit in the forearm by a Tanner […]

You would be hard-pressed to find a hotter team in baseball at the moment than the Rays. Tampa comes into this afternoon’s tilt with the Royals looking to lock up a sweep and get 11 games above .500. That’s pretty impressive stuff for a team that was well below the .500 mark at points back […]

There’s no time for a quirky lil’ intro paragraph today, as Thursday’s featured MLB DFS slate on DraftKings gets started right at 1:10 p.m. ET with a trio of games. With that in mind, let’s waste no time getting to the picks. Set your DraftKings fantasy baseball lineups here: MLB $150K Bat Flip [$50K to 1st] PITCHER Value […]

Home runs. Long balls. Bleacher reachers. No matter what you call them, you love seeing them happen in a baseball game. You probably love betting on them, too. With that in mind, here are my top three home run prop picks for Thursday’s MLB slate on DraftKings Sportsbook, which features a heavy dose of afternoon […]

UPDATE: Luis Robert Jr. exited Wednesday game versus Arizona due to left hamstring tightness. This could be a situation to keep an eye on for a number of reasons. While we’re still a month away from the MLB Trade Deadline, Luis Robert Jr. is one of the big names expected to be on the move […]
