Garion is a Toronto-based writer who has been playing fantasy sports since elementary school. With a particular affinity for advanced statistics and sabermetrics, he’s been covering DFS Baseball, Football and Basketball for DraftKings dating back to 2018. Prior to that, Garion’s work could be found at FNTSY, SportsGrid, HoopsHype, The New York Daily News and Sportsnet.ca. Still, he is a Dolphins fan, so his decision-making can be questioned from time-to-time.
We’ve made it. The saddest Friday slate of the NBA season. While I’m not one of these deranged people that will tell you college basketball is better than the professional product — it’s not even close — I will sing the praises of the first two days of March Madness. They are an unimpeachable sports […]

MVP has always been one of my favorite acronyms. Honestly, it’s right up there with BRB, ICYMI and IMHO in the acronym Hall of Fame. MVP is also one of the many MLB awards that you can bet on using the DraftKings Sportsbook, so it has that going for it, too. Let’s take a closer […]

I’m honestly curious if as many people will get up at 6:00 a.m. ET to watch Game 2 of the Seoul Series as did for Game 1. I’ll admit, I went back to sleep after a few innings of baseball goodness, but the presence of Yoshinobu Yamamoto ($12,000) might be enough to make me set […]

Full disclosure: I woke up at 5:55 a.m. ET to watch some baseball this morning, so my brain is a little wonky as I sit down to write this article. However, the NBA is a little wonky this late in March, so it might actually help me find some values. I’ll try anything once. Let’s […]

We continue our on-going and never-ending hunt for value this evening with a seven-game featured NBA slate on DraftKings. We’re in the final stretch of the regular season, which means even more IR chaos than usual for teams sitting outside the playoff picture — especially if said teams are also on the second night of […]

It’s an east coast bias kind of night on DraftKings, as this evening’s six-game featured slate does not include the 10:00 p.m. ET tip-offs in Portland or Los Angeles. Don’t fret. There’s still more than enough value in the early games. You just have to know where to look. Let’s dive in. Set your DraftKings […]

Another day, another featured NBA slate with huge question marks. This time around, we’re waiting on clarity for Giannis Antetokounmpo ($11,500; Achilles), who is questionable after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Clippers. Aside from that? There’s five teams on the second night of a back-to-back. Isn’t that fun? Let’s dive into the madness and […]
