Rays at Brewers MLB Player Prop Bets for World Series Game 2 10/24/26

The World Series continues on Saturday with the Milwaukee Brewers looking to win a second straight game and take control of the series. The Tampa Bay Rays came close to getting a huge road win in Game 1, but they’ll turn to their ace in Game 2 as they look to earn a split at American Family Field before the series shifts to the Trop. Let’s dive into the matchup and take a look at my top three best bets from the player prop market on DraftKings Sportsbook.

In the overall matchup, the Brewers are slight home favorites at -120 on the Moneyline, but the Rays are getting 55% of the bets on the Moneyline as of Saturday afternoon. The over/under is just 6.5 runs for the second game in a row, and the under is getting 60% of bets.

For each Major League Baseball matchup, DraftKings Sportsbook has a wide variety of batter and pitcher props on the board, so let’s take a look at my top plays from this Game 2 Rays-Brewers matchup on Saturday.

Rays at Brewers Prop Bets for Saturday 10/24/26

Drew Rasmussen over 17.5 outs recorded (+104)

The Rays saved their ace for the second game of the World Series, starting Nick Martinez in Game 1 and setting up Rasmussen for Game 2. During his 30 regular-season starts, he went an impressive 16-5 with a 2.67 ERA and 2.81 FIP. He averaged 5.73 innings per start during the regular season, putting him right around this number of outs.

However, Rasmussen has been even better in the postseason, working eight innings and allowing one hit against the Yankees in his start in the ALDS, six innings against the Guardians in Game 1 of the ALCS, and seven innings in Game 5 in Cleveland. He went over this prop line in each of those starts, and he’ll be working on five days’ rest as he makes the start on Saturday night.

Rasmussen should be rested and ready to go deep into this matchup, and the game is expected to be close and low-scoring, giving him a good chance of working at least six innings and getting over this plus-money prop.

Chandler Simpson 1+ Stolen Bases (+239)

Simpson has game-changing speed, and he went 2-for-4 in Game 1 while successfully stealing second base in the ninth inning. He has three stolen bases in four games against the Brewers this season after adding that theft on Friday.

During the regular season, Simpson had 46 stolen bases in 60 attempts in his 151 games (0.30 stolen bases per game), and he has been even more aggressive in the postseason, stealing four bases in nine games (.44 stolen bases per game) and not being caught on any attempt.

Simpson has reached base nine times in his nine postseason games, and if he gets on base again in Game 2, he’ll have the green light to try and add another stolen base. He has stolen a base in each of his last three games, and the Rays will stay very aggressive on the bases as they try to manufacture runs to back their ace.

It’s always a bold call to predict a stolen base for any single player, but that’s why the odds are so juicy for Simpson to swipe a bag in Game 2.

William Contreras 2+ Hits + Runs + RBI (+105)

Contreras has been one of the Brewers’ best hitters in the postseason, hitting .394 (13-for-33) with a double, three homers, five runs scored and six RBIs. He went 2-for-3 with a walk and an RBI in Game 1, going over this prop line with 3 HRR (hits, runs and RBI).

Contreras has averaged 2.7 HRR per game in the postseason after producing 2.23 HRR per game during the regular season. He has multiple HRR in five of his last seven games.

The Brewers’ backstop is 2-for-5 in his career against Rasmussen with a walk and a home run in that small sample size. He was much better at home than on the road all year and has proven he can rise to the occasion so far this season.
