Fixtures of the women’s flyweight division collide on Saturday night, as Erin Blanchfield faces Jasmine Jasudavicius in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night: Buckley vs. Malott in Edmonton, Canada.
The bout — initially slated for UFC 330 in August — was postponed after Blanchfield suffered an injury.
Blanchfield (14–2, 8–1 UFC) returns to the Octagon for the first time since November 2025, when she secured a second-round submission win over Tracy Cortez at UFC 322. Jasudavicius (15–4, 9–3 UFC) bounced back from her first-round stoppage loss to Manon Fiorot with a unanimous decision win over Karine Silva in April.
Blanchfield enters as a heavy -325 moneyline favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook. Jasudavicius is a +260 underdog, with the fight total set at O/U 2.5 rounds.
Erin Blanchfield vs. Jasmine Jasudavicius Fight Preview
Erin Blanchfield (#4)
- 14–2 (8–1 UFC)
- 2–0 (T)KO
- 5–0 SUB
Erin Blanchfield has held a residency within the flyweight top five since 2023. Now recovered from injury, she’s within striking distance of her first shot at a UFC title.
Still just 27, Blanchfield has rocketed up the rankings with unyielding grit and a smothering ground game. “Cold Blooded” put her jiu-jitsu black belt and lethal submission arsenal on full display in her latest win over Tracy Cortez last November. The New Jersey native has won back-to-back bouts heading into Saturday night.
With a 10-year age advantage, Blanchfield likely won’t shy away from wrestling exchanges with like-minded grappler Jasmine Jasudavicius. That said, she’s also active on the feet — averaging north of 5.24 significant strikes per minute — and could hold a considerable striking advantage if the fight stays standing.
Jasmine Jasudavicius (#6)
- 15–4 (9–3 UFC)
- 2–1 (T)KO
- 4–0 SUB
Canada’s own Jasmine Jasudavicius is looking to parlay a hometown win into a shot at the flyweight throne.
The 37-year-old veteran has never challenged for UFC gold, but she’s stayed in the title picture with her dogged persistence in the twilight of her career. She’s won six of her last seven fights since the start of 2024; after getting stopped by Manon Fiorot, she bounced back with a decision win over Karine Silva earlier this year.
The Dana White’s Contender Series graduate likes to make things ugly, and she arrives in Edmonton with the highest control-time percentage in division history (45.4). With a few extra inches of height and reach, Jasudavicius will look to swerve both Father Time and the young, hungry contender.
Erin Blanchfield vs. Jasmine Jasudavicius Pick, Best Bet
In a battle between contenders with comparable skill sets, the scale tips toward the fighter who’s 10 years younger. Erin Blanchfield has been a dominant presence at 125 pounds and has accrued unmatched Octagon experience for her age. Although Jasmine Jasudavicius has been remarkable at this stage in her career, Blanchfield’s edge in sharpness and speed should make all the difference — both on the feet and in grappling exchanges.
That said, neither fighter holds much finishing upside. If Blanchfield gets this one done, it should be on the scorecards.
