For the first time since November 2024, the UFC is back in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada! This is also the fourth UFC event in Edmonton at Rogers Place. This card features 12 Canadians, with Canada represented in 12 of the 13 fights. Tonight’s UFC Fight Night is headlined by a highly anticipated Welterweight bout between No. 10 Joaquin Buckley vs. No. 13 Mike Malott.

Mike Malott, 34, is on a four-fight winning streak and is 10-1 in his previous 11 UFC contests. Malott is coming off a win against former UFC title challenger Gilbert Burns in April. Buckley won six consecutive bouts from May 2023 to December 2024 but is in the midst of a two-fight losing streak. At UFC 328 in May, Buckley lost to Sean Brady and last picked up a victory in December 2024 against Colby Covington.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Malott is the favorite at -135, with Buckley being a +114 underdog. Even as the underdog, Buckley is getting 77 percent of the handle and 68 percent of bets. Malott has 32 percent of the bets and 23 percent of the handle for this fight.

The co-main event features an important Women’s Flyweight bout as No. 4 Erin Blanchfield faces No. 6 Jasmine Jasudavicius. Blanchfield, 27, is 14-2 and has won 11 of her previous 12 fights. Since losing to Manon Fiorot in March 2024, Blanchfield has picked up victories over Rose Namajunas and Tracy Cortez. Jasudavicius has gone 6-1 in her last seven contests, with her most recent win coming against Karine Silva in April.

For this bout, Blanchfield is a -340 favorite, with Jasudavicius at +270. In this fight, 82 percent of the handle is on Blanchfield, with 18 percent on Jasudavicius. Blanchfield is getting 87 percent of bets, with 13 percent going to Jasudavicius.
