How to read college football conference championship odds

Positive odds show how much a $100 bet would win. For example, a $100 bet on Georgia at +250 to win the SEC championship would return $250 in winnings, plus the original stake.

Minus odds show how much a bettor would need to wager to win $100. A $105 bet on Texas Tech at -105 to win the Big 12 championship would win $100, plus the original stake. The previous-update and preseason columns show how each team’s listed price has changed throughout the season.
