The road to WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, Nevada, officially begins at the 2026 Royal Rumble premium live event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is the first Royal Rumble event taking place outside North America.
5:59 p.m. ET: Roman Reigns wins the Royal Rumble!
Roman Reigns eliminated Gunther to win the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble match. Reigns is the 12th wrestler win the Royal Rumble twice. The other wrestlers who have achieved this feat are: Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, John Cena, Batista, Triple H, Randy Orton, Edge, Brock Lesnar, Cody Rhodes, and Charlotte Flair.
Reigns, Orton, Paul, and Gunther were the final four wrestlers left in this match.
5:46 p.m. ET: No. 30 – Gunther
After beating AJ Styles earlier on the card, Gunther enters the Rumble match 30th.
5:44 p.m. ET: No. 29 – Randy Orton
Randy Orton, who is a two-time winner of the Royal Rumble, enters this year’s match at No. 29.
5:43 p.m. ET: No. 28 – Penta
The 28th person to enter the men’s Rumble match is Penta.
5:40 p.m. ET: No. 27 – Jacob Fatu
Jacob Fatu is entering the Rumble No. 27 and goes right after Rhodes.
Reigns turned on his cousin, Jey Uso. When Reigns entered, he beat down everyone in sight.
5:38 p.m. ET: No. 26 – Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns is here! The OTC has arrived at No. 26 in the Royal Rumble.
5:36 p.m. ET: No. 25 – Jey Uso
The 2025 Royal Rumble winner, Jey Uso, is entering the Rumble at No. 25.
Lesnar eliminated Femi and then suplexed Logan Paul. But then Knight and Rhodes teamed up to eliminate Lesnar.
5:34 p.m. ET: No. 24 – Rey Fenix
Rey Fenix is the 24th wrestler to enter the match. Lesnar beat him down and went after Femi.
5:33 p.m. ET: No. 23 – The Miz
The Miz is entering the Rumble No. 23, interrupting a big-time showdown between Lesnar and Femi.
5:31 p.m. ET: No. 22 – Brock Lesnar
The Beast Brock Lesnar is here with Paul Heyman by his side.
LA Knight eliminated Austin Theory and Bronson. Reed.
5:29 p.m. ET: No. 21 – LA Knight
After being gone a while, LA Knight returns and receives a big ovation from the audience.
The Vision eliminated La Parka, Royce Keys, and Dragon Lee.
5:27 p.m. ET: No. 20 – Logan Paul
Another member of The Vision, Logan Paul, is entering the Royal Rumble.
5:26 p.m. ET: No. 19 – Dragon Lee
Dragon Lee is the 19th wrestler to enter the Rumble match.
5:24 p.m. ET: No. 18 – La Parka
The second member of AAA to appear in this match is La Parka.
5:22 p.m. ET: No. 17 – Ilja Dragunov
Ilja Dragunov is entering the match at No. 17 and goes after Rhodes right away.
5:21 p.m. ET: No. 16 – Bronson Reed
Bronson Reed joins Austin Theory from The Vision in this match. Reed and Theory began to team up to beat down the rest of the competition.
5:19 p.m. ET: No. 15 – Austin Theory
Austin Theory is the second member of The Vision to enter the Men’s Rumble match.
5:18 p.m. ET: No. 14 – Royce Keys
Royce Keys, who was known as Powerhouse Hobbs, has entered the Rumble. Keys eliminated Priest.
Cody Rhodes eliminated Trick Williams, which came as a surprise.
5:16 p.m. ET: No. 13 – The OG El Grande Americano
The Original El Grande Americano, Chad Gable, has entered the match and faces off with the current El Grande Americano.
5:14 p.m. ET: No. 12 – El Grande Americano
El Grande Americano enters at No. 12 in the Rumble match.
5:12 p.m. ET: No. 11 – Cody Rhodes
The former Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes has arrived and looks to become the second three-time Royal Rumble winner.
5:11 p.m. ET: No. 10 – Trick Williams
Former NXT and TNA Champion Trick Williams enters the Rumble. Williams has gotten the largest reaction from the fans so far.
5:09 p.m. ET: No. 9 – Mr. Iguana
Mr. Iguana from AAA is here! He is the ninth person to enter the men’s Rumble match.
5:07 p.m. ET: No. 8 – Je’Von Evans
One of the best rising stars in WWE, Je’Von Evans, enters the match at No. 8. Evans joins Priest and Femi in the match.
5:05 p.m. ET: No. 7 – Damian Priest
Once again, Femi cleared the ring as he eliminated Cardona and now faces Damian Priest.
5:03 p.m. ET: No. 6 – Matt Cardona
Femi has now eliminated four people: Breakker, Sikoa, Mysterio, and Rusev. Matt Cardona enters the match at No. 6.
5:01 p.m. ET: No. 5 – Rusev
Rusev is the fifth wrestler to enter the Rumble. He immediately goes toe-to-toe with Femi.
5:00 p.m. ET: No. 4 – Rey Mysterio
The WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio is entering the Royal Rumble match at No. 4.
4:58 p.m. ET: No. 3 – Solo Sikoa
Soko Sikoa from the MFT is the third wrestler to enter the Men’s Rumble match.
4:57 p.m. ET: Femi eliminates Breakker
Before Bron Breakker entered the ring, a masked man appeared and beat down Breakker. Then, Femi eliminated Breakker.
4:55 p.m. ET: Bron Breakker enters at No. 2
The first member of The Vision to enter the Royal Rumble is Bron Breakker. Breakker will face off with Femi to start the match.
4:53 p.m. ET: Oba Femi enters the Men’s Royal Rumble first
The first person to enter the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble match is former NXT Champion Oba Femi, who is officially on the main roster.
4:42 p.m. ET: Drew McIntyre defeats Sami Zayn to retain the Undisputed title
McIntyre landed two more Claymore kicks and picked up the pinfall victory over Zayn. This is McIntyre’s first title defense since he beat Cody Rhodes to win the WWE Undisputed Championship.
From the start of this match, Drew McIntyre took the fight to Sami Zayn. For the first five minutes, it was a one-sided contest, with Sayn not getting anything on offense. Zayn started to find some success on McIntyre, but keeping the champion down is nearly impossible.
Zayn kept kicking out and was struggling to put Zayn away. After landing a Helluva Kick, it seemed like Zayn did enough, but McIntyre kicked out. McIntyre put Zayn through an announce table, prompting the fans to chant, “this is awesome.” The men’s Royal Rumble match is up next.
4:14 p.m. ET: Fans praise AJ Styles!
After AJ Styles lost to Gunther, it appeared that he was going to leave his gloves in the ring, but he put them back on. The fans showered Styles with cheers before he left the ring.
4:04 p.m. ET: Gunther retires AJ Styles!
The legend-killer Gunther continues to end the careers of all-time greats. Gunther submitted Styles, forcing the former WWE Champion to retire. Styles debuted in WWE in 2016 at the Royal Rumble. Gunther has now retired Goldberg, John Cena, and AJ Styles.
Gunther began to beat down Styles right at the start of the match. The crowd was cheering on Styles throughout this match. Styles started bleeding on his arm after Gunther took the action outside the ring.
Styles started to build some offense against Gunther about 10 minutes into the contest. Gunther kept returning to his feet after Styles hurt him. Styles landed a springboard and a Styles Clash, but it still wasn’t enough to win the match. After Gunther kicked out, he began brutalizing Styles. Gunther kept attempting submissions throughout the match and finally made Styles pass out. This was an incredible match with so many false finishes, but it ended anticlimactically.
3:33 p.m. ET: Gunther vs. AJ Styles is up next!
In the next match, AJ Styles puts his career on the line against Gunther in a singles match. Gunther has retired Goldberg and John Cena in the past year and is looking to end another legend’s career.
3:22 p.m. ET: Liv Morgan wins the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match!
Stratton eliminated Ruca, and then Morgan capitalized and took out Stratton to win the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match. Morgan has earned a title opportunity at WrestleMania 42.
3:19 p.m. ET: Three wrestlers are left
Liv Morgan, Sol Ruca, and Tiffany Stratton are the final three left in the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match.
3:14 p.m. ET: Lash Legend dominates
Lash Legend eliminated The Bellas and Charlotte Flair. The WWE newcomer Legend is having an excellent showing in the 2026 Rumble match.
3:12 p.m. ET: The Bellas eliminate Bayley and Lyra
The Bellas teamed up for the first time in a long time to take out Bayley and Lyra. Ruca eliminated Jayne after the NXT Champion took out Jordan.
3:08 p.m. ET: No. 30 – Tiffany Stratton
Former Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton is back! She has been away for a while since she lost her title.
3:06 p.m. ET: No. 29 – Brie Bella
For the first time since 2022, Brie Bella is back in the Women’s Royal Rumble.
3:03 p.m. ET: No. 28 – Kairi Sane
Kairi Sane, one-half of the Kabuki Warriors, is No. 28 in the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble Match.
3:02 p.m. ET: No. 27 – Kelani Jordan
Kelani Jordan, from NXT, enters the Royal Rumble match. She is the third NXT wrestler to enter the Rumble.
3:00 p.m. ET: No. 26 – Lyra Valkyria
Lyra Valkyria is No. 26 in the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
2:58 p.m. ET: No. 25 – Nikki Bella
Morgan eliminated Nattie, and then WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella entered the match.
2:55 p.m. ET: No. 24 – Jacy Jayne
The NXT Women’s Champion, Jacy Jayne, is here and enters at No. 24.
2:54 p.m. ET: No. 23 – Bayley
Bayley, the winner of the 2024 Rumble eneters the match at No. 23.
2:53 p.m. ET: No. 22 – Rhea Ripley
One-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions, Rhea Ripley, is 22nd in the Rumble. Ripley won the 2023 Rumble match. She eliminated Green and Perez.
2:49 p.m. ET: No. 21 – Asuka
Asuka won the 2018 Royal Rumble match and is entering this year’s at No. 21.
2:48 p.m. ET: No. 20 – Iyo Sky
Women’s Tag Team Champion Iyo Sky enters in the 20th spot. This is her fourth Rumble match.
2:46 p.m. ET: No. 19 – Giulia
Giulia enters her second Royal Rumble match at No. 19.
2:44 p.m. ET: Chelsea Green enters, and James is eliminated
Chelsea Green enters at No. 18 after Rodriguez eliminated Kiana James.
2:42 p.m. ET: No. 17 – Raquel Rodriguez
Raquel Rodriguez from Judgment Day is here. Perez and Moragn are already in the match from Judgment Day.
2:41 p.m. ET: Zelina enters, and Grace is out
Lash Legend eliminated Jordynne Grace while Zelina entered the match at No. 16.
2:39 p.m. ET: No. 15 – Lash Legend
Lash Legend enters the match and displays her power right away.
2:37 p.m. ET: No. 14 – Liv Morgan
The former WWE Women’s Champion, Liv Morgan, has arrived. She has competed in all nine Women’s Royal Rumble matches.
2:36 p.m. ET: No. 13 – Nattie
Nattie is here and begins to beat down Dupri as soon as she enters the ring. Lynch eliminated Dupri, and then Nattie turned on Lynch elimuanting here. Currently, there are six wrestlers in the ring.
2:33 p.m. ET: No. 12 – Maxxine Dupri
The former Intercontinental Champion Maxxine Dupri enters the match and goes after Lynch right away.
2:31 p.m. ET: Roxanne Perez is No. 11
Roxanne Perez from the Judgment Day enters the Rumble after a runner-up finish last year.
2:30 p.m. ET: Sol Ruca enters the match at No. 10
Sol Ruca from NXT enters the Rumble match at No. 10. The fans started chanting “NXT”.
2:28 p.m. ET: Jax and Bliss are out
Charlotte Flair kicked Jax and eliminated her, but Bliss also fell out of the ring. Becky Lynch is the ninth wrestler to enter and goes face-to-face with Flair.
2:26 p.m. ET: No. 8 – Jordynne Grace
One of the newest members of WWE’s main roster, Jordynne Grace, enters the match. Grace immediately made an impact, eliminating LeRae, Vice, and Nile.
2:24 p.m. ET: No. 7 – Candice LeRae
The seventh wrestler to enter this match is Candice Lerae. So far, no one has been eliminated.
2:21 p.m. ET: No. 6 – Lola Vice
Lola Vice from NXT enters the women’s Royal Rumble match. She got a big reaction from the crowd in Saudi Arabia when she entered.
2:20 p.m. ET: Ivy Nile enters at No. 5
The fifth wrestler to enter the match is Ivy Nile from American Made. She joins Charlotte, Alexa Bliss, Kiana James, and Nia Jax in the match.
2:18 p.m. ET: Nia Jax enters the match at No. 4
Nia Jax has entered the Rumble and holds the record for the most eliminations in the women’s Royal Rumble match.
2:16 p.m. ET: Kiana James is No. 3
Kiana James joins Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, who are working together so far in the match.
2:13 p.m. ET: Alexa Bliss enters the Rumble
Charlotte Flair’s tag team partner and friend, Alexa Bliss, is the second wrestler to enter the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
