WWE Crown Jewel 2025 Picks, Predictions, and Full Match Card

WWE Crown Jewel 2025 Picks, Predictions, and Full Match Card

Published:

By: Ryan Wohl

This Saturday, WWE is hosting its seventh Crown Jewel premium live event in Perth, Western Australia, at the RAC Arena. From 2018 to 2024, WWE hosted its Crown Jewel PLE in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is the second year that two WWE Crown Jewel Championships are on the line.

The WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes, who is the inaugural Crown Jewel Champion, is taking on World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. Meanwhile, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton faces World Champion Stephanie Vaquer for the Women’s Crown Jewel title.

Former Champions John Cena and Roman Reigns are also featured on this card in singles competition. Cena takes on storied rival, AJ Styles, in a final match between two of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Reigns is facing Australia’s own, Bronson Reed, in an Australian Street Fight. Reed joins Rhea Ripley as the two competitors on this card from Australia.

WWE Crown Jewel Full Card and Predictions

Undisputed WWE Championship Match: (C) Cody Rhodes vs. (C) Seth Rollins

The rivalry between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins has spanned 12 years, dating back to 2013. Rhodes and Rollins have had three singles matches, all of which took place in 2022, Rhodes’s first year back in WWE. Rhodes has had Rollins’ number, as he holds a 3-0 record over him in one-on-one competition.

The last time we saw Rollins and Rhodes in the ring together, they were on the same team to take on Roman Reigns and The Rock at WrestleMania XL. Rollins is coming off a loss at Wrestlepalooza to CM Punk and AJ Lee and is in desperate need of a victory to get back on track. With doubt starting to surround The Vision, Rollins must prove to Paul Heyman and his group that he is much more than a second champion. Since all of Rollins’ matches involve The Vision, it would be shocking if they didn’t get involved in this one as well.

Prediction: Seth Rollins defeats Cody Rhodes with the help of Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed.

Men’s Singles Match: John Cena vs. AJ Styles

Although they have only had four televised matches, John Cena and AJ Styles have created many memorable moments together in the ring. Three of those have taken place at a few of the most significant events on the WWE calendar: SummerSlam, Money in the Bank, and Royal Rumble.

Styles won the first two matches in 2016 at MITB and SummerSlam while Cena responded with two victories of his own in 2017 and 2018. Their last match occurred on February 27, 2018, on SmackDown. Getting one more showdown between The GOAT and The Phenomenal One is excellent and was a necessity for John Cena’s retirement tour. After Brock Lesnar destroyed Cena at Wrestlepalooza, a win is needed for the 17-time Champion to get things back on track, leading into the final two months of his career.

Prediction: John Cena defeats AJ Styles.

Women’s Crown Jewel Championship Match: (C) Stephanie Vaquer vs. (C) Tiffany Stratton

Stephanie Vaquer beat Iyo Sky at Wrestlepalooza to win her first Women’s World Championship. Meanwhile, Tiffany Stratton is nearing 300 days of her current reign with the WWE Women’s title. Stratton currently holds the longest reign with this title since Bianca Belair’s 420-day reign in May 2023.

Vaquer has had an excellent run since joining WWE’s main roster, but even though Stratton herself hasn’t been in WWE for long, she is still the veteran in WWE in this matchup. Stratton has beaten plenty of former champions and rising stars in the past, and an end is not in sight for her dominant streak. Stratton hasn’t lost a singles match since December 2024.

Prediction: Tiffany Stratton defeats Stephanie Vaquer.

Australian Street Fight: Roman Reigns vs. Bronson Reed

At Clash in Paris on August 31, Roman Reigns beat Bronson Reed in a singles match, but then Reed and the Vision attacked him after the match. Reigns returned weeks later looking for revenge and will now face Reed in an Australian Street Fight in his home country.

Although, as I previously mentioned, The Vision does get involved in all of each other’s matches, it would still be surprising for Reigns to lose to Reed. In the previous five years, Reigns has only lost to one person in a one-on-one match: Cody Rhodes. I believe Reigns will defeat Reed once again and set his sights on the leader of The Vision, Seth Rollins.

Prediction: Roman Reigns defeats Bronson Reed.

Women’s Tag Team Match: Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky vs. Kabuki Warriors

Throughout the last few years, Rhea Ripley has had plenty of elite matches with Iyo Sky, but when they weren’t in an active rivalry, they have stayed friends. Meanwhile, Sky’s former teammates in the Kabuki Warriors, Asuka and Kairi Sane, have turned their backs on her. Ripley has stood by Sky’s side to fight them off, and now they will face off at Crown Jewel.

As a tag team, Sky and Ripley are 3-0, and they should be able to pick up another victory against the Kabuki Warriors on Saturday. Ripley will compete in her home country of Australia for the second time in WWE, as she first competed there at the Elimination Chamber in 2024.

Prediction: Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky defeat the Kabuki Warriors.
