Prediction, Pick for Solo Sikoa vs. Jacob Fatu

One of many title matches on SummerSlam Sunday features a steel cage match for the United States Championship. Solo Sikoa defends his title against his cousin, Jacob Fatu. Sikoa defeated Fatu for the US title at Night of Champions in June.

Here is my prediction for the United States Championship steel cage match at SummerSlam on Sunday.

Sikoa vs. Fatu Prediction

Over the past few months, the tension between Sikoa and Fatu has escalated, creating one of the most compelling storylines in WWE. After Fatu turned on Sikoa, the former Tribal Chief finalized the formation of a new group. Sikoa’s MFTs include JC Mateo, Talla Tonga, and Tonga Loa. Jimmy Uso has provided backup for Fatu when needed, but it hasn’t been enough.

A steel cage is the perfect structure to hold a rematch between Sikoa and Fatu. This neutralizes Sikoa’s backup, making it a one-on-one battle. The MFTs could still get involved, but Fatu knows that going into the match. Fatu only had a 70-day reign as US Champion, and if anyone deserves a second reign, it is the “Samoan Werewolf”. Sikoa vs. Fatu in a steel cage match at SummerSlam has the potential to be a legendary match. I think Fatu gets revenge on his cousin and becomes a two-time United States Champion.
