NXT The Great American Bash: Full card, predictions, how to watch

NXT will host its next premium live event, The Great American Bash, on Saturday, July 12. This is the sixth straight year that NXT will air this event. The Great American Bash originated in 1985 for the NWA and has now been held for four different professional wrestling brands.

The Great American Bash is taking place at Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia. This venue is significant in professional wrestling history, as it is the same location where WCW Saturday Night was held from 1989 to 1996.

NXT Champion Oba Femi headlines this event against unlikely challenger Yoshiki Inamura. Femi has been the NXT Champion for six months, having beaten Trick Williams on October 1, 2024, to win the title.

How to Watch

This event starts at 3:00 p.m. ET and will air live on Peacock.

Full Card and Predictions

NXT Championship Match

(C) Oba Femi vs. Yoshiki Inamura

Since November, Inamura has been on an excursion in the United States with NXT. Inamura is a part of the Pro Wrestling Noah roster in Japan. Even though Inamura has provided entertaining TV throughout the last few months, it doesn’t seem like he is the perfect fit to end Femi’s dominant reign. This should be a physical match, but Femi has the edge while being eight inches taller.

Prediction: Oba Femi defeats Yoshiki Inamura to retain the NXT Championship.

NXT North American Championship Match

(C) Ethan Page vs. Ricky Saints

This has been a great rivalry on NXT TV over the last few months since Saints debuted. Page and Saints are 1-1 against each other in singles matches in NXT. In the previous matchup, Page beat Saints for the North American Championship on May 27.

Throughout the last two years, this title has changed hands five times. Since Page has been doing an excellent job of elevating this championship, it doesn’t feel like the correct time for his run as North American Champion to come to an end.

Prediction: Ethan Page defeats Ricky Saints to retain the NXT North American Championship.

NXT Women’s American Championship Match

(C) Sol Ruca vs. Izzi Dame

Ruca and Dame last faced off in December 2024, and Dame won that match. Since then, both wrestlers have been successful, and Ruca has held the Women’s American Championship since Stand & Deliver. Dame has been in WWE for three years and has yet to win gold, but I believe that changes on Saturday.

Prediction: Izzi Dame defeats Sol Ruca to win the Women’s American Championship.

Men’s Singles Match

Jasper Troy vs. Je’Von Evans

This is an exciting match between two of WWE’s best young wrestlers. Evans, 21, puts on an incredible performance anytime he is in the ring. This match is a clash of styles, as Evans relies on speed and agility, while Troy finds success with his strength and power.

Troy recently made his NXT debut after winning season one of LFG. However, even though Evans is younger, he has more experience in big matches.

Prediction: Je’Von Evans defeats Jasper Troy in an entertaining contest.

Women’s Tag Team Match

Jordynne Grace & Blake Monroe vs. Fatal Influence

Monroe makes her NXT in-ring debut as she teams with Grace to take on Fatal Influence. Monroe debuted for NXT on June 3 after a two-year stint with AEW, where she won the Women’s World Championship.

Fatal Influence has had a great start to 2025, but the duo of Grace and Monroe should be too much to handle for them. Monroe and Grace are two of WWE’s most significant signings of the year.

Prediction: Jordynne Grace & Blake Monroe defeat Fatal Influence.
