One of the most prestigious events on the WWE calendar is happening this Saturday, November 30. This year’s Survivor Series War Games premium live event is in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The road to WrestleMania traditionally begins yearly with the annual Royal Rumble event. But professional wrestling is in a historic hot period, and storylines are already heating up. The Bloodline, led by the original tribal chief, the former Undisputed WWE Universal Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, is back together. The American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes, ended Reigns’ 1,316-day run as champion at Wrestlemania 40 in April.
Since then, Reigns has been trying to regain his power. Although he is back with his cousins, Jimmy, Jey Uso, and Sami Zayn, the dynamic isn’t the same as before. Reigns is not acting as their tribal chief, a powerful dictator. Each member has more of a say in their second run as a group, but Reigns is still their leader. Reigns is a Mount Rushmore figure in the WWE. He has long-awaited cheers and recognition from the WWE universe, but it didn’t go as planned during his first run as a good guy. But after Reigns made his long-awaited return at Summerslam in August, the fans began to cheer him.
In April 2023, at Wrestlemania 39, Reigns was beaten and appeared hurt, but then a new member of the Bloodline appeared: Solo Sikoa, the brother of Jimmy and Jey Uso. Reigns molded Sikoa as his right-hand man, his protege. But in Reigns’ absence, Sikoa took a leadership role upon himself and created his own Bloodline.
First, it was the Tongans, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa—two of the most vicious competitors worldwide with deep blood ties to the Bloodline. Sikoa named Tonga his right-hand man. But on June 21, the game changed as we know it. The Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu, debuted and aligned himself with Sikoa. Fatu is one of the most talented and charismatic wrestlers ever to enter the company.
At Survivor Series, Reigns will seek revenge on the monster he created in Sikoa. When Reigns needed a fifth member for his team, his “Wiseman” Hall of Famer Paul Heyman returned at Smackdown with his original client CM Punk.
The World Heavyweight Champion “The Ring General” Gunther is defending his title against Damien Priest. Gunther beat Priest for the title at Summerslam in August. At Crown Jewel in October, Gunther lost to Rhodes in a match for the Crown Jewel Championship. Priest cashed in his Money in The Bank contract at Wrestlemania 40 to win his first world title.
Another champion who won their title at Summerslam will defend it on Saturday. United States Champion LA Knight will face former title holder Shinsuke Nakamura. Since Knight won singles gold, he has successfully defended his title multiple times. But two weeks ago, Nakamura returned to Smackdown after months away. He returned with a vengeance, a newfound dark evil side.
The Women’s War Games match features two teams with multiple feuds intertwined. The match is Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Naomi, Iyo Sky, Bayley vs. Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, and Candice LeRae. Morgan and Ripley are the leaders on each team as their long-standing rivalry continues to heat up.

This event has a special start time of 6 p.m. ET and will air live on Peacock. The kickoff show will begin at 4 p.m. ET on the WWE’s YouTube Channel and Peacock.
Full Card and Predictions
Men’s War Games match
The OG Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Sami Zayn, CM Punk) vs. The New Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Bronson Reed).
Reigns teamed with Jimmy and Jey Usos at the Crown Jewel premium live event three weeks ago. The OG Bloodline didn’t just lose the match; Sikoa pinned Reigns. After such a dominant run on top of the world, Reigns has been pinned in two of his last three matches. Reigns needs this victory to make an accurate case that he is the Tribal Chief.
The last scene at Survivor Series in 2023 featured the cult of personality playing. CM Punk returned to his hometown of Chicago and created one of the most significant moments in WWE history.
This year, I think The Final Boss, The Rock, will return to face off with Reigns, creating one of the most iconic moments in history. This would set up a potential match between The Rock and Roman Reigns for the Head of the Table at Wrestlemania 41 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Prediction: OG Bloodline wins
Women’s War Game match
Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Naomi, Iyo Sky, and Bayley vs. Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, and Candice LeRae.
Morgan took Ripley out for weeks after attacking her at NXT. It has become a one-sided rivalry lately since Ripley has failed to gain the upper hand lately. The tension inside the team, led by Morgan, will lead to their downfall. Stratton has teased cashing in her money in the bank briefcase against Morgan and Jax throughout the past few months.
Prediction: Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Naomi, Iyo Sky, and Bayley win. Stratton cashes in her briefcase on Jax.
World Heavyweight Championship match
(C) Gunther vs. Damien Priest
Gunther hasn’t been as dominant, and his supreme confidence hasn’t been shown recently. I think Priest will become a two-time World Heavyweight Champion and become “El Campeon” once again. Gunther’s time as a heel seems to be coming to an end shortly. A feud between Gunther as the good guy and Ludwig Kaiser as the heel would be an excellent story.
Prediction: Damien Priest beats Gunther to become the new World Heavyweight Champion
Intercontinental Championship match
(C) Bron Breakker vs. Sheamus vs. Ludwig Kaiser
Since Breakker beat Sami Zayn for the title, he has been a dominant champion. Yes, he lost his title to Jey Uso but regained it a few weeks later. Kaiser has recently been a bright spot on Monday Night Raw. Since focusing on his singles career, he has gotten more opportunities.
Sheamus and Breakker have had a good rivalry for a few months. It has been excellent to see Sheamus’s tough veteran style bring out an improved Breakker in and outside the ring. Although it would be cool to see Kaiser win his first singles championship or Sheamus win his first title in a long time, this is just the beginning for Breakker.
Prediction: Bron Breakker successfully defends his title
United States Championship match
(C) LA Knight vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
Knight has had a good title reign so far, and it seems like Nakamura is the perfect heel to bring out the best in him. Nakamura only returned two weeks ago, and I don’t see him winning the title this soon. I see this as a highly entertaining match with many false finishes. But at the end of the match, “The Megastar” walks out as the U.S. champion.
Prediction: LA Knight defeats Nakamura in his first match back
