These two teams have had some incredible battles in the past few years in both the regular season and postseason. The Chiefs are still undefeated and if the Bills want a chance at stealing the 1-seed in the AFC from the Chiefs, they likely need to beat them head-to-head in this game.

They have basically wrapped up the AFC East already and the only thing they are still playing for the rest of the regular season is seeding in the playoffs. They are only 1.5 games back on the Chiefs for the top seed in the AFC and if they beat them on Sunday they will cut that lead to 0.5 a game. An all-out effort like that from the Bills usually involves Josh Allen using his legs.
In his regular season career, Josh Allen averages 6.8 rushing attempts per game while in the postseason he averages 8.3 carries per game. That demonstrates how Allen is more willing to run when a game is of the utmost importance. This game is basically a postseason game for the Bills and the matchup history between these teams verifies that. In four career regular-season games against the Chiefs, Allen is averaging 10.25 rushing attempts per game. Including the postseason games, Josh Allen has eight or more rushing attempts in six out of seven career games against the Chiefs, going for exactly seven in the only game where he didn’t reach that mark.
