There is an exciting Thursday Night Football matchup in Week 5 of the NFL season. The Dallas Cowboys are hosting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at AT&T Stadium.
Here are my top Pick6 plays for Thursday Night Football.
Cowboys vs. Buccaneers DraftKings Pick6 Picks for Thursday Night Football
Dak Prescott More Than 0.5 Passing Yards (Promo Pick)

Dak Prescott is playing incredible football so far this season. Last week, he put his team on his back and threw for 335 yards against one of the NFL’s best defenses in the Cowboys’ win over the Texans. He now needs to turn around in a short week and beat the Buccaneers at home. After his impressive performance, last week Prescott’s line on Pick6 is set at 264.5 passing yards. Prescott has cleared this number in each of his past three games. However, DraftKings Pick6 customers don’t need Prescott to clear that number again this time; they just need him to throw for at least one yard thanks to this great DraftKings Pick6 promo.
CeeDee Lamb Longest Reception More Than 24.5 Yards

There was some speculation coming into the season about whether CeeDee Lamb or George Pickens was the WR1 in Dallas after Pickens’ sensational 2025-26 season. Those discussions have been put to bed by CeeDee Lamb’s incredible play this season. He leads the NFL in receptions and receiving yards after his 17-catch performance against the Texans last week. The Buccaneers will try to stop Lamb from doing the same thing to them, but there is only so long you can keep this man down. That is why the market where I am targeting Lamb is on his longest reception.
If the Buccaneers decide to throw two or three defenders at CeeDee Lamb regularly, he might not hit the remarkable numbers he did last week. However, when Dak Prescott gets the chance to feed him the ball, he will do so. Lamb has had a reception go for at least 30 yards in each of his past three games. He should be able to break at least one long reception in this game as well. Tampa Bay has been elite against the run this season, but not as successful against the pass. Lamb should be in for another good game and should clear this number for the fourth straight week.
Pat Freiermuth More Than 45.5 Rushing Yards

Jalon Daniels has been thrust into a tough position. The rookie undrafted free agent quarterback performed well enough in camp and in preseason to prove he deserved the QB2 role behind Baker Mayfield. However, Daniels has now gone from undrafted to starting quarterback only three weeks into his NFL career. After the injury to Baker Mayfield, Daniels got his first career start last week against the Packers. He struggled to throw the football, but showed off his incredible athleticism with his legs. Daniels might not be ready to be an NFL starting quarterback quite yet, so he should continue to lean on his athleticism to get by.
Last week, Daniels ran the ball eight times for 55 yards against Green Bay. He should run for more than 45.5 yards in this game against the Cowboys. Dallas ranks 31st in defensive EPA/play and defensive success rate. After getting a week of experience under his belt, Daniels now faces one of the worst defenses in the NFL. This is a good chance for him to show what he is capable of and make some exciting plays with his legs. Opposing quarterbacks are rushing for 47 yards per game against the Cowboys this season, the most allowed by any team in the NFL. Daniels should clear this number in his first primetime NFL start.
