Saturday afternoon’s matchup between the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates has been delayed due to rain at PNC Park.
The contest was originally scheduled to begin around 4:05 p.m. ET. However, inclement weather in the area will force the start time to be moved back.
First pitch is now tentatively scheduled for 4:40 p.m. ET, barring another rain delay.
DraftKings Sportsbook lists this game as a virtual toss-up. The Reds are -110 Moneyline favorites while the Pirates are neck-and-neck at -109 odds to win. The run total sits at eight for Saturday’s contest.
RHP Chase Burns (9-1, 2.00 ERA, 102 SO) gets the start for Cincinnati. He faces Pittsburgh RHP Jared Jones (1-1, 5.75 ERA, 21 SO).
