Stan joined DraftKings in December of 2020. It was a glorious time, except for that whole COVID thing, when we got Madden streams and boisterous bat flips from the KBO. I was brought on board to bring some West Coast flavor. I especially love hoops, and most of my content is in that arena. When I walk along the beach, strumming my guitar, the beat that I hear is not one of crashing waves. No, it is the beat of the ball bouncing off the hardwood with highs provided by the squeaks of the sneakers. Ball is life.
In Week 1, Conner rushed 16 times for 50 yards and a touchdown. He also caught three-of five-targets for 33 yards. In Week 2, he received 21 carries and rumbled for 122 yards and a touchdown, as the Cardinals dominated the Los Angeles Rams, 41-10. So what happened in Week 3? It wasn’t a playing […]

In the first two games of the season, the Panthers had a passing success rate of 25% with Bryce Young under center. Since NFL’s Next Gen Stats began tracking data in 2016, there has never been a number under 30%. From a game perspective, Young’s Week 2 performance against the Los Angeles Chargers was the […]

NFL Week 3 is almost in the books, pending two Monday night matchups, but the opening odds for Week 4 are up on DraftKings Sportsbook and it’s time to give a lookey-loo. Hey, Halloween decorations have already permeated our consciousness in late September, so this is just the status quo. On Thursday night, we are […]

We are blessed with two games for Monday night. Are all four teams ready to play under the prime-time lights? Hopefully, they are not too bright and we get two games with lots of fight. Unfortunately, DK Sportsbook doesn’t have these contests with spreads that are tight, but the totals are respectable at 45.5 and […]

Last season, Kyren Williams scored 255 PPR points, good for the 33rd-most overall, in only 12 games! He rushed 228 times for 1,144 yards, 12 touchdowns and caught 32 passes for 206 yards and three touchdowns. As a result, he was being drafted on average with the 17th overall pick over the offseason. But things […]

Thursday night’s game between the New York Jets and New England Patriots has a total of 38.5 points, with the Jets implied for 22.25 points and the Patriots for 16.25 on DraftKings Sportsbook. So touchdowns should be scored. But who will score the first one? On DK Sportsbook, Breece Hall is currently the favorite at […]

Imagine galloping on your horse when you come across a little town in the middle of nowhere. The local tavern seems to be open, as the front door is creaking back and forth ever so slightly, but not another human can be seen with the naked eye, not even a shadow. A tumbleweed bounces softly […]

CeeDee Lamb did not practice on Wednesday due to an ankle issue. There’s been no mention of when the injury occurred or the severity of it. Lamb is THE alpha of the wide receiver group, as he received 156 and 181 targets in the last two seasons, converting those into 107 catches, 1,359 yards and […]

For the second Thursday in a row, we get an AFC East matchup. This time it’s the New York Jets hosting the New England Patriots, two teams that were 29th and 32nd in points per game last season at 15.8 and 13.9 points, respectively. yippee…. Through two games this season, the Jets are at 21.5 […]

Week 3: Can we now see the forest for the trees? The hope is that things get a little easier. Shoutout to the one and only Biz Markie. While the sample size is small, we now have two games worth of data to blend into a smoothie. Will it make us famous? Causing the paparazzi […]

Call me lazy, but I do not enjoy high-maintenance things. Except, of course, if I didn’t actually have to maintain them. For example, I’d love to have a stealth fighter in the garage, but I do not want to check that the radar-absorbant material is acceptable while making sure every nut and bolt is properly […]
