As the dust settles on the NBA trade deadline, it’s likely that the second-most expensive center on tonight’s slate — the Dallas Mavericks’ Anthony Davis ($10,500) won’t play. Still, that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of high-quality center options for DFS players to choose from on tonight’s six-game slate. Let’s take a look at my […]

As the trade deadline settles, 12 NBA teams will take the court. Most of the newly-acquired players won’t suit up yet, as Luka Dončić and Mark Williams won’t be ready to play for the Los Angeles Lakers, and Anthony Davis is unlikely to be available against the Boston Celtics. The Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, […]

During the Super Bowl, the Kansas City Chiefs’ offense is widely expected to operate around the legendary duo of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, given that the two have combined for 1,745 receiving yards in 20 playoff games together. Amid all the discourse about the shocking Luka Dončić-Anthony Davis blockbuster, perhaps the funniest is the subset of Atlanta Hawks fans that claim that Atlanta has emerged victorious in the draft day trade that swapped Dončić with Trae Young on draft night in 2018, especially given that Young has been the subject of trade rumors […]

As Super Bowl LIX approaches on Sunday, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce insisted that his focus was both on the present and the future, dismissing rumors of his impending retirement by saying that in three years, he “[plans] to be a Kansas City Chief and playing football”. The quote must have surely been […]

If the Cleveland Cavaliers weren’t 40-9, the Boston Celtics would be the talk of the Eastern Conference. The reigning champions are off to a 35-15 start to the season, on pace to win 57 games, just seven fewer than they won last year. The Celtics are really good, but their recent struggles — over a […]

Most of the memorable plays in Super Bowl history happened on either offense or defense, but on occasion, special teams units come through to make a big play. The blocked punt is one of the rarest in the NFL, with just 12 during the regular season, but it’s also one of the most exciting and […]
