It’s been a pretty incredible first week of the MLB season, especially if you’re a Los Angeles Dodgers fan (I am). The New York Yankees have made headlines out East with their new bulbous “torpedo bats”, which are taking the league by storm as the Bronx Bombers have lived up to their nickname. The MLB […]

For the past six and a half seasons, the matchup between the Atlanta Hawks and Dallas Mavericks was one between Trae Young and Luka Dončić, two All-Star point guards traded for each other on draft night in 2018. Now, Dončić is in Los Angeles, and Young will face the Mavericks in the first matchup between […]

UPDATE: Barnes will play on Thursday. The Toronto Raptors’ 137-118 defeat to the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday sealed the Raptors’ fate and confirmed the Eastern Conference postseason picture. Toronto’s elimination means that they, along with the Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, Charlotte Hornets, and Washington Wizards, will drop into the lottery. The Bulls will participate in […]

The Los Angeles Dodgers’ championship defense could not have gotten off to a better start. So far in 2025, Los Angeles is 7-0, tying for the best start in franchise history and the best start by a reigning World Series champion with the 1933 New York Yankees. Throughout the season, there have been widely considered to be three good teams in the Eastern Conference: the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Boston Celtics, and the New York Knicks. The chase for the final Play-In Tournament spot in the Western Conference appears to be a battle between three teams, two of which will make the tournament. The Dallas Mavericks lead the pack, at 37-39, half a game ahead of the Sacramento Kings and 1.5 games ahead of the Phoenix Suns. When Kyrie Irving went […]

Last week, the Memphis Grizzlies pulled off the second-most surprising move of the season: firing head coach Taylor Jenkins with just nine games remaining in the season and replacing him with Tuomas Iisalo for the playoff run. The dramatic personnel change came amidst a prolonged slump: Memphis has gone just 8-13, with a negative-1.1 net […]

The most important quest in the NFL season is that for the Super Bowl, which the Philadelphia Eagles completely pretty decisively in 2024-25. The less heralded one is that for the league’s worst record and the first overall pick, as losing teams hope to turn their franchise around by drafting a generational talent on a […]

With the calendar turning to April, it’s officially the final month of the NBA regular season, which will conclude in less than two weeks. There are plenty of value options to be found this time of year, as tanking teams sit their stars in pursuit of lottery odds and playoff teams rest theirs so they’re […]
