What is already an incredibly small four-game MLB slate might get even smaller. They’re calling for heavy rain in the Cleveland area this evening, which obviously puts tonight’s tilt between the Guardians and Tigers into serious doubt. Keep that in mind as you’re building your lineups. For everything else, there’s Masterca… Me. There’s me. Let’s […]

A broken clock is right twice a day. A blind squirrel eventually finds a nut. Was I a broken squirrel last Friday? Yes. Yes I was. We went 3-0 on article plays and won ourselves a very nice 3.5 units for the trouble. It was, without question, the greatest day of my life. Let’s see […]

Despite tonight being just an eight-game slate, the pitching is stacked at the top, with multiple arms who are in contention to take home their league’s Cy Young Award in 2023. There’s also Randy Vasquez ($6,200), who will be asked to go up against the juggernaut that is the Braves’ lineup. Sorry, Randy. Short straw. […]

This is one of those pitching slates that I wish I could show the March version of myself. Jordan Montgomery ($11,000), Lucas Giolito ($10,700) and Jack Flaherty ($8,400) are where? Yusei Kikuchi ($9,000) is deserving of being $9K? Who the heck is Bryce Elder ($8,700) and why is he so expensive? Fortunately, the August version […]

As is often the case on Thursdays, we’ve got an extremely light slate in baseball tonight. There are just four games taking place under the lights, and with some underwhelming pitchers set to take the mound, the moneyline odds on the DraftKings Sportsbook are all looking pretty lopsided. I guess what I’m trying to say […]

Happy Shohei Ohtani ($11,300) Day, everyone! Now, I know what you’re thinking: Isn’t every day Shohei Ohtani Day? You are technically correct, but obviously there’s more to celebrate on the nights he’s both hitting and pitching. Plus, after he had to leave his last start with cramping in his right hand, I think we’re all […]

I just want to take a moment off the top to congratulate Framber Valdez ($11,000) on his no-hitter last week. The fact it was also a Maddux is insane and truly speaks to how dominant the left-hander was that evening. Even more crazy? The fact that Valdez has registered 47.7 DKFP and -8.4 DKFP in […]

I technically went 0-2 on article plays yesterday, but I do want to take a quick moment to pat myself on the back. It takes a strong man to admit when he’s wrong, though when you’re wrong as often as I am, it does get easier with practice. Cardinals ML down to +120 with Arenado, […]

We’re back in the green, people! After a stretch in July that saw us fall allllll the way back to .500 for the season, we finished the month with a perfect 3-0 night last Friday, bringing our record on article plays back to 43-40-1. I wasn’t nervous at all. I definitely wasn’t thinking about retiring […]

It might only be an eight-game featured slate tonight on DraftKings, but the top of the pitching pricing list is absolutely stacked. How will you possibly be able to pick your favorite arm out of this group of titans? I’m so glad you asked. Let’s dive in and break down everything you’ll need to know. […]

It’s here. The MLB Trade Deadline. The next 24 hours could be a blur of transactions, but with several big names having already been moved this past weekend, I wouldn’t worry too much about said deals affecting your lineups. Spencer Strider ($12,500) and Framber Valdez ($11,100) aren’t on the block, you know what I mean? […]
