DraftKings Pick6 Picks: Best NFL Plays for Week 5

Week 5 of the 2026-27 NFL season is here. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this season is Pick6 Fantasy Football!

Here are my top Pick6 plays for the Week 5 Sunday slate.

DraftKings Pick6 Picks: Best NFL Plays for Sunday in Week 5

Garrett Wilson More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving Touchdowns

The Jets’ offense was completely inert last week in Chicago. They should have a good bounce back this week at home against Cleveland, however. Over the first three weeks of the season, Garrett Wilson averaged seven catches for 81 yards. He also found the end zone in two of those three games. Wilson has a great chance to get back into the end zone this week against the Browns. With Breece Hall out another week, the Jets should be a more pass-heavy offense. AD Mitchell is also out another week after getting a big share of targets over the first two weeks of the season.

Between those two injuries to Hall and Mitchell, Garrett Wilson is New York’s clear best weapon on offense. Geno Smith should try to get him the ball whenever possible. Dating back to last season, Wilson has a touchdown in three of his past four home games. The Browns’ defense is not the same on the road as it is at home. Since the start of the 2021 season, the Browns have allowed just 18.6 PPG in 45 games played. However, in 44 road games during that stretch, Cleveland has allowed 26.9 PPG. The Jets should be able to move the ball in this game, and on the big plays in the red zone, Geno Smith should look to Garrett Wilson.

Sam Darnold More Than 4.5 Rushing Yards

Sam Darnold is not an elite running quarterback by any means, but he is mobile in the pocket. He is always looking to throw it downfield, but he will take off and grab a couple of free yards once in a while. His rushing prop is only at 4.5 yards, but he has cleared that mark in both games that he has played in full this season. It just takes one good scramble for Darnold to clear this number, as it did in Week 3 against the Commanders when he took a carry for five yards.

Last season, Darnold rushed for 23 yards between the two regular-season matchups against the 49ers, clearing this number in both games. The 49ers rank 31st in the NFL in defensive rushing success rate this season. Darnold should get a couple of chances to pick up chunks on the ground and end up clearing this number.

Aaron Jones More Than 17.5 Rush Attempts

Ever since Jordan Mason got injured in Week 1, Aaron Jones has been the bell cow back for Minnesota. The Vikings’ offense hasn’t been great this season, but their elite defense allows them to keep a balanced offensive game plan. Minnesota almost always plays close games because of their elite defense, which allows Jones to get his touches on the ground. He is averaging 20 carries per game over the past three weeks. The Vikings should feed him early and often in this game. New Orleans ranks 32nd in the NFL in defensive EPA/rush and defensive rushing success rate. In a tough road environment against a bad run defense, the Vikings should give Jones plenty of touches, getting him over this number.
