The Washington Huskies are hosting the Iowa Hawkeyes in an important Big 10 battle. The game will kick off at 9:00 p.m. ET in Seattle, Washington.

Washington is a 2.5-point favorite against Iowa on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Hawkeyes are +124 to pull off the upset.

Washington vs. Iowa Player Prop Best Bets

Demond Williams 230+ Passing Yards (-115)

This Iowa defense is not what it has been over the past few seasons. The Hawkeyes don’t have the NFL talent they’ve had in the secondary. While they are a well-coached unit that has kept points off the board as much as possible, opposing offenses have been able to move it against them, especially through the air. Excluding the Iowa game, Michigan quarterback Bryce Underwood is averaging 151.3 passing yards per game this season. Against Iowa, he threw for 276 yards. Similarly, Julian Sayin threw for 324 yards against the Hawkeyes last week. The Hawkeyes rank 91st in the nation in defensive EPA/pass after those two poor performances.

Demond Williams should be able to clear this number against Iowa at home. Both Big 10 quarterbacks that have faced the Hawkeyes have comfortably cleared this number. Williams will also be happy to be back in Seattle after struggling on the road against USC last week. Williams has thrown for at least 230 yards in all four home games so far this season and should do so again in this game.

Reece Vander Zee 25+ Receiving Yards (-115)

Reece Vander Zee has emerged as a good weapon in the passing game for Iowa. The Hawkeyes made a change at quarterback and will be starting Jeremy Hecklinski in this game. There was an injury to quarterback Hank Brown, but Iowa fans are also hoping this will bring some more juice to their passing game. While the Iowa offense has been poor overall, it has actually been more efficient when passing, compared to running, which is very unusual for an Iowa offense.

Reece Vander Zee has gone for at least 25 receiving yards in four out of five games this season. He had five catches for 66 yards and two touchdowns against a great Michigan defense. He then followed that up by going for 35 yards against an elite Ohio State defense. This Washington secondary will be much more vulnerable than those two units were. The Washington defense is solid, but has been much better at stopping the run than the pass. Vander Zee should clear this number for the third straight game.
