Jordan Leavitt is coming off a victory against Yadier del Valle in his Featherweight debut, which was in February. Now Leavitt will test his skills against Joanderson Brito, who last beat Isaac Thomson in December 2025. This fight is taking place on the UFC Fight Night Prelims, which begin at 5:00 p.m. ET on Paramount+.
Check out my best bet for Jordan Leavitt vs. Joanderson Brito at this week’s UFC Fight Night.
Joanderson Brito to Win by KO/TKO/DQ or Submission (+145)
Brito went on a five-fight finish streak from April 2022 to May 2024 and looked like a legit contender at 145 pounds. But then he suffered back-to-back losses to William Gomis and Pat Sabatini. Now, Brito will have a chance to extend his current winning streak to two against Leavitt. Leavitt has won two straight fights and hasn’t lost a fight since November 2023.
Brito is the favorite in this contest at -170, while Leavitt is a +142 underdog on DraftKings Sportsbook. The over/undert for this fight is set at 2.5 rounds, with the over at -120 and the under at -110. This bout is -115 to go the distance and -115 to end early.
Both fighters in this bout are versatile and capable on the feet and on the ground. Although Leavitt is slightly better on the ground, Brito is the better athlete with more ways to win, as he has eight knockouts and seven submissions. Brito is coming off a decision win, but his five victories before that came by submission or knockout.
