A former staple of NBA All-Star Saturday returns this weekend as sharpshooting trios take the floor in the 2026 Kia Shooting Stars.
The timed shooting competition features four teams — each comprising two NBA players and one NBA legend — with rosters built around All-Star connections, school and team affiliations, and even family ties.
Let’s take a look at the teams and break down the opening odds for the event on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Team All-Star (+400)
Raptors sparkplug Scottie Barnes, NBA champion Chet Holmgren, and three-time All-Star Richard Hamilton are no strangers to All-Star Weekend.

2026 NBA Shooting Stars Format
The 2026 NBA Shooting Stars features a two-round format: all four teams compete in the opening round, and the top two advance to the final.
Teams have 1:10 to score points while shooting from seven different locations. All three players take shots at each spot in a set order.
NBA All-Star Saturday tips off at 5 p.m. ET at Inglewood’s Intuit Dome, beginning with the State Farm 3-Point Contest and culminating with the AT&T Slam Dunk Contest.
