The Seahawks are hosting the Bears for Week 8’s edition of Monday Night Football. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Seattle is favored by three points and this game carries a total of 46.5 points.

DraftKings is offering some huge Showdown contests for this matchup. Below, I have featured two of my favorite NFL DFS value plays to consider for this Showdown slate.

Seahawks vs. Bears NFL DFS Value Picks for Monday Night Football

WR Tory Horton, Seattle Seahawks ($4,200 CPT, $2,800 FLEX)

Horton should see an expanded role with Rashid Shaheed (knee) sidelined. As the Seahawks’ No. 3 receiver, Shaheed is handling a 12.8% target share on a 57.2% route rate this season. Horton should take on this type of workload tonight as the next man up on the depth chart and this is a great matchup, with the Bears giving up the most yards per pass in the league this season (8.7).

The last two seasons, Horton is commanding a target on 17% of his routes – including 13 red-zone targets – and he is producing a decent 0.2 FPTS per snap. Horton has seen a route rate of at least 50% in eight games and he has provided double-digit FPTS in four of these contests.

Horton has a real nose for the end zone, scoring six touchdowns in 14 games over the last two seasons. and him finding the pay dirt tonight is in the realm of possibilities.

TE AJ Barner, Seattle Seahawks ($6,900 CPT, $4,600 FLEX)

Barner should also benefit with Shaheed absent and is one of the top values for this Showdown slate. Barner is garnering a target on 15% of his routes this season, but with Shaheed off the field, that rate increases to 18%. Barner is also averaging 1.7 YPPR with Shaheed off the field, which is a big jump from his season average of 1.0 YPPR.

As noted above, the Bears are yielding the most yards per pass in the NFL (8.7) and this defense has allowed a tight end to score double-digit FPTS in three straight games.

Both Hunter Henry and Eli Raridon of the Patriots scored 14+ FPTS vs. Chicago last week, and Barner brings similar upside tonight.
