Atlanta has played two games without reaching the red zone. Green Bay needed overtime to escape the Jets. Neither offense has earned much indulgence, though Thursday’s meeting at Lambeau Field comes with meaningful changes: Michael Penix Jr. makes his season debut for the Falcons, and the Packers must replace injured receiver Jayden Reed.
Here are my two best bets and two long shots for an anytime touchdown on Thursday Night Football for Week 3.

Best Bets
Christian Watson (+155)
Jordan Love has thrown four touchdown passes this season, and Watson has caught three. The latest came from three yards out against the Jets; I’m encouraged that Love keeps looking for him near the goal line, where Watson has already drawn three red-zone targets through two games.
Atlanta must cover him without A.J. Terrell, whom the Falcons placed on injured reserve this week. Reed’s absence also removes one of Love’s familiar alternatives. Green Bay’s depleted offensive line could interrupt plenty of possessions, but when Love does get a scoring chance, Watson remains the receiver I most want him to find. He’s my first choice at +155.
Tucker Kraft (+180)
Kraft scored six touchdowns in eight games last season, and I’m willing to revisit that connection with Love against Atlanta. The Falcons just allowed Darren Waller to catch two touchdown passes; Kraft, who averaged 10.8 yards after the catch in 2025, can also finish a reception that begins some distance from the end zone.
I do have reservations about his blocking responsibilities. Kraft played all 50 offensive snaps Sunday, yet Love targeted him only three times while Green Bay kept him busy helping up front. He also enters Week 3 without a red-zone target. At +180, I’m backing LaFleur to involve him more as a receiver with Reed unavailable. Watson deserves the stronger endorsement of the two.
Long Shots
Skyy Moore (+475)
Moore replaced Reed in the slot after Reed left on the second offensive play Sunday. He played 18 snaps, well ahead of fellow reserve receivers Bo Melton and J. Michael Sturdivant, and caught two of three targets. Those catches gained all of six yards, so I’m hardly expecting him to take over the passing game.
Green Bay can also replace some of Reed’s work with multiple tight ends; Moore won’t automatically inherit every snap. When LaFleur does send out three receivers, however, Moore is the replacement I expect alongside Watson and Matthew Golden. I’ll take +475 on Love finding him for a score from the slot.
Jahan Dotson (+650)
Penix’s return has me willing to reconsider Atlanta’s receivers after two miserable games with Cooper Rush. Dotson has drawn four targets in each, only two fewer than Drake London across the opening fortnight, although three catches for 30 yards hardly demand a wager.
His starting job interests me more than his team-leading 52 receiver snaps Sunday. Atlanta pulled several starters during the blowout, and I won’t read a promotion into the resulting totals. Dotson already starts opposite London. At +650, I’ll take a small chance that Penix reaches him for a touchdown as Green Bay contends with London and Bijan Robinson. Of these four recommendations, this one depends most on an offense improving.
