What happened to Jack Flaherty? Live injury updates for Tigers vs. Guardians on 6/12/26

Prior to the start of the fourth inning of Friday’s game against the Cleveland Guardians, Jack Flaherty was replaced by Jacob Waguespack. Flaherty exited the game due to left leg discomfort. There’s been no mention of when or how the injury occurred.

Before exiting, Flaherty pitched three innings, walked one, struck out one and allowed two earned runs on three hits. He threw 63 pitches, 39 for strikes.

Since Flaherty faced more than five batter, he is not eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
