Quarterback
Caleb Williams (Chicago Bears) vs. Green Bay Packers
Caleb Williams is the kind of sit that hurts your ego more than your lineup, and Week 14 is exactly that test. Over Weeks 9 through 13 he is completing just 53.2% of his passes, 92 of 173, with plus-0.06 EPA per play that screams “talent trapped in sludge” more than future MVP. The whole profile tilts the same way: 64.8% from a clean pocket, then a cliff dive to 22.92% under pressure, only 11 completions on 48 attempts when the pocket caves. That is not a small leak; that is a structural flaw.
The deep ball, supposedly his cinematic trait, is hitting only 30.77% on throws of 20-plus yards, eight completions on 26 attempts. You are not getting instant touchdowns; you are getting early-down prayers that set up third-and-long. Green Bay’s defense is exactly the wrong lab for that. The Packers are allowing 63.64% completions but generating pressure on 43.18% of dropbacks, a number that maps directly onto Williams’ worst habit. Road, divisional, December, Lambeau — this is where accuracy and pocket discipline matter more than arm talent posters.
The rushing looks like a cheat code on paper: 176 yards on 26 attempts, 6.77 yards per carry, 10.19 per scramble, with a 23.08% explosive run rate. In practice, that is often him bailing from broken designs, not a curated ground plan you can bank on for fantasy stability. When the starting point is sub-55% accuracy and a pressure profile that detonates his efficiency, the smart move is simple. Bench the name, not the math.

Running Back
Sit’ Em: Kareem Hunt (Kansas City Chiefs) vs. Houston Texans
In Isiah Pacheco’s absence, Hunt provided weekly high-end RB2 value for the Chiefs. The veteran is by no means an explosive playmaker anymore at this stage of his career, but he’s a steady, dependable option. In Pacheco’s first game returning from injury, Hunt remained the top back, but his production and usage tapered off.
As the Chiefs work Pacheco back into the mix, I expect those developments to continue. Hunt failed to find the end zone for the first time in five weeks against Dallas, and finished with fewer than 10 fantasy points as a result. It’s safe to assume that Pacheco is going to earn more than five touches this Sunday, and it’s possible he returns to his typical lead back role entirely, leaving Hunt with 3rd down duties.
Another massive factor not yet mentioned is the matchup. Houston surrenders the fourth-fewest rushing yards per game, setting the stage for a dud one way or another for Hunt.

Start ‘Em: Jakobi Meyers (Jacksonville Jaguars) vs. Indianapolis Colts
Move over Brian Thomas, there’s a new WR1 in town.
In Thomas’ return to action, it was Meyers, not him, who paced the Jaguars’ passing attack. The seventh-year receiver has quickly become a reliable target for Trevor Lawrence. Meyers has scored in back-to-back games, and just racked up 90 yards on six catches against Tennessee.
This week, the elite route technician will look to keep the momentum rolling against Indy. The Colts allow the ninth-most fantasy points to WRs and sixth-most passing yards per game, setting the stage for another borderline WR1 performance from Meyers.
