The last time we got a new Stranger Things episode was back in 2022. Fans of the series were finally given some hope of a new season when filming for Stranger Things Season 5 began in January 2024. Finally, news of the season five premiere date and a teaser trailer were released by Netflix late Saturday night on May 30th. Here’s what we know so far about Stranger Things Season 5.

Stranger Things Season 5 Premier Dates
As listed at the end of the trailer, the following dates were announced, breaking them down by volumes.
- Volume 1: November 26, 2025, 8 p.m. ET
- Volume 2: December 25, 2025, 8 p.m. ET
- Stranger Things Finale: December 31, 2025, 8 p.m. ET
As previously announced, this is the final season of Stranger Things, which began in 2016.
