WR Week 18 Rankings Start, Sit — 2024 NFL Fantasy Football Rankings

Updated:

By: Zach Thompson

Week 18 is always one of the wildest in the NFL season since so many teams have different things going on with varying levels of motivation and conflicting priorities. Wide receiver is always one of the wildest positions every week since players can come out of nowhere and light the league on fire. If you’re playing fantasy football in Week 18, welcome to the wild, wild world of my WR rankings.

Every week, I put together these rankings on Monday, so there’s some level of uncertainty based on injuries, lineup changes, etc. This week takes it to a whole new level since so many things are uncertain and will be sorted out throughout the week. Be sure to stay tuned to DK Network throughout the week for breaking news about who will play and who will sit since that will obviously have a radical impact on these rankings. I’ll also post my usual Risers and Fallers on Thursday and highlight some of the biggest changes as the week unfolds.

At this point, I’m going to base my rankings on the assumption that Puka Nacua, Nico Collins, Ladd McConkey, Terry McLaurin, A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith and Khalil Shakir will sit out or have dramtically reduced workloads, so I’m leaving them out of my top 25. On the other hand, if they do play, they’ll need to be added to the rankings.

In Week 17, Tee Higgins ($6,900; 44.1 FPTS) took the top scoring spot on Saturday night, and then Malik Nabers ($6,600; 39.1 FPTS) almost caught him on Sunday with a pair of touchdowns in the Giants’ big win. Similarly, Marvin Mims Jr. ($3,900; 33.2 FPTS), DeVonta Smith ($5,800; 33 FPTS) and Adam Thielen ($5,700; 31 FPTS) cracked 30 fantasy points to finish the top five of the week.

Despite how wild things are sure to get later this week, here are my top 25 WR to start during Week 18 based on what we know on Monday:
