Seven Swing States Odds as of November 4th:

Pennsylvania (19 electoral votes):
Donald Trump -125 (was -135)
Kamala Harris +100 (was +110)

Donald Trump continues to have a slight lead in Pennsylvania, which most consider the key to the White House. Just to show how significant it is here, Kamala Harris will be making her 18th stop in Pennsylvania on Monday. Trump and JD Vance will also be in Pennsylvania at separate events in their final push to sway voters. It’s always important to note where these candidates are in the final few days of the election, as it indicates states of importance. On Sunday, Vance was in New Hampshire doing a rally. His presence indicates are legitimate chance they can flip the state, which could really turn this election upside down.

A win in Pennsylvania for Harris would require only two more battleground states to win. Combinations of Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, Arizona and Wisconsin are all in play. But, she has to overcome some heavy odds to do so. A win for Trump in Pennsylvania could mean this election is over. One path to victory for him would require Georgia and North Carolina to reach 270. He’s currently heavily favored in both, which you can check below.

You can view which states are safe for Donald Trump here.

Arizona (11 electoral votes)
Donald Trump -285 (no change)
Kamala Harris +220 (no change)

Arizona has stayed in favor of Trump all throughout these updates. While we’ve seen slight moves in either direction, Trump has continued to own a heavy lead. At -285, this gives him an implied probability of winning here at 74%. If we were to award Arizona to Trump, he would be projected at 230 electoral votes, needing only 40 more to clinch the Presidency. Even with a victory here, he would need a combination of three more battleground states to win.

Georgia (16 electoral votes)
Donald Trump -200 (was -255)
Kamala Harris +160 (was +200)

After slightly bumping up in our last update, Trump has lost some ground in Georgia. However, he dropped from a 71% chance of winning Georgia to a 67% chance. It’s still an overwhelming number. Recent polls have Trump ahead in Georgia by 1.3%. A win in Georgia would mean he flipped the state after losing by a razor thin margin in 2020. However, if Harris were to win both Pennsylvania and Georgia, Trump would NEED to win all of North Carolina, Michigan, Arizona and Wisconsin.

Michigan (15 electoral votes)
Kamala Harris -200 (no change)
Donald Trump +160 (no change)

This has remained the biggest swing we’ve seen in these updates. Trump was once leading on DraftKings Sportsbook in Michigan but that has since flipped. At -200, this implies a 67% chance of victory. So, with that in mind, we’ll give this one to Harris, which would put her at 241 electoral votes. If she does indeed take this, she has 11 paths to victory, five of which include just two more states. She would need to win Pennsylvania in four of them OR take down Georgia AND North Carolina.

You can view which states are safe for Kamala Harris here.

Nevada (6 electoral votes)
Donald Trump -150 (was -165)
Kamala Harris +120 (was +130)

A small change here in favor of Harris but not one that’s noteworthy. A line of -150 implies a 60% chance of victory here for Trump. While Nevada has the lowest number of electoral votes amongst the battleground states, this would be a big deal at least from a moral victory. Nevada has been a blue state since 2008 and voted against Trump in the last two elections. For Trump to win here, he would need to flip Clark County or Washoe County. Those are homes to Las Vegas and Reno respectively. Trump has won all the other counties except those in both 2016 and 2020.

North Carolina (16 electoral votes)
Donald Trump -185 (was -230)
Kamala Harris +150 (was +175)

Trump has lost ground in North Carolina in each update but still has a implied probability of 65%. As I’ve mentioned before, North Carolina has been true to Trump in both elections despite being considered a battleground state. This would be a shocking change if Trump lost here and it would shift the election in dramatic fashion. If Harris were to win North Carolina, Trump would need to win a combination of four battleground states. Any less than that would give Harris the Presidency.

Wisconsin (10 electoral votes)
Kamala Harris -150 (was -110)
Donald Trump +120 (was -110)

After being tied in our last update, Harris has taken the lead in Wisconsin. A line of -150 gives her an implied probability of 60% here. Polls have been slightly trending in her direction and she currently holds a 0.8% advantage. A win for her here gives her 11 paths of victory, three of which would require just two more states. Trump would still have 10 paths but would need a minimum of three more battleground states. Nonetheless, this is a very important state and one that could be just as important as Pennsylvania.

Electoral Vote Tally if all the favorites won:
Donald Trump: 297
Kamala Harris: 241
