Live-betting allows bettors to make plays based on the flow of the game, but relevant data can still be useful when acting fast. Simplebet has broken down some notable trends that could help bettors make sound decisions making live NFL bets in Week 2.

Sunday

Detroit Lions vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Amon-Ra St. Brown Catch a Pass in 1st DET Lions Drive: Yes -150

To say St. Brown had a mild opener vs. the Rams would be putting it lightly.

But, the Detroit WR could do exactly what he did in Week 1 and this play would still hit. The first of St. Brown’s three catches during the Lions’ win came in his team’s opening drive.

On top of that, St. Brown had 12 catches in Detroit’s regular season game vs. Tampa Bay last season. Throughout Detroit’s first five drives in that game, he logged a reception.

1st TB Buccaneers Drive Result Granular: Passing Touchdown (+425)

Tampa Bay’s playoff run last postseason ended at the hands of Detroit. However, Baker Mayfield still logged three touchdowns in that game. And now, the Tampa QB is coming off a Week 1 four-TD performance.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Denver Broncos

PIT Steelers Drive Result Granular: Field Goal Made (+400)

The Steelers logged 10 offensive drives in Week 1 vs. Denver. Six of those drives resulted in a field goal.

Chicago Bears at Houston Texans

1st CHI Bears Drive Result Grouped: No Offensive Score (-190)

Although the Bears won in Week 1, they didn’t exactly run wild on offense. Only three of their 10 offensive drives resulted in a scoring play. On top of that, Chicago didn’t score an offensive TD in Week 1.

Monday

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Atlanta Falcons

1st PHI Eagles Drive – TD Scorer: Saquon Barkley (+650)

Although it didn’t come on the opening drive, Saquon Barkley logged the first touchdown of the game in Week 1 vs. Green Bay. That was just the beginning, too. The Philadelphia RB would go on to log two more TDs in the win.
