The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are taking on the Indianapolis Colts in Week 12 of the NFL season. The Bucs attempted a QB sneak, and after the dust settled, quarterback Baker Mayfield remained on the ground. He was eventually able to walk off with trainers but with a heavy limp. It looks like he suffered an ankle injury and is getting looked at further. Kyle Trask takes over under center.
Mayfield finished the opening drive 5-of-8 passing for 56 yards. He had one carry but didn’t pick up any yards. Tampa Bay came into this game with a 4-6 record, sitting in second place in the NFC South. Trasks’ only game time prior to his fill-in was at the end of a win over the Tennessee Titans, and he came in to kneel down the ball.
