Griffin Wong has been a content writer at DK Network since November 2024. Prior to that, he was the former sports editor for the Harvard Crimson, where he covered the football team for two years and earned four Story of the Year nominations from the Associated College Press. A lifelong Lakers and Dodgers fan, Griffin’s favorite athlete of all time is Kobe Bryant. When he’s not writing, Griffin is usually skiing, running, golfing, or playing basketball — badly.
For the Kansas City Chiefs, the AFC West isn’t a competition so much as it is a warmup for their actual season: the playoffs. Kansas City has won the division comfortably in each of the past nine seasons, the longest such active streak in football, as their dynastic era under head coach Andy Reid and […]

With the WNBA roughly one-third of the way through its first-ever 44-game regular season, the action is only starting to heat up. Star power will be on display tonight during a marquee two-game slate featuring each of the previous two champions. Here are my favorite WNBA prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook. Today, two of the brightest young stars in baseball meet for the first time. When he entered the big leagues fresh off of an illustrious career at LSU, Pittsburgh Pirates ace Paul Skenes was a can’t-miss prospect, and he didn’t disappoint, pitching six no-hit innings in his second career start. Group F at the inaugural 32-team FIFA Club World Cup is one of the more tightly-contested groups, as any of the top three teams in the group could either be eliminated or move on. As heat waves batter the East Coast, fans are braving the triple-digit temperatures to see the world’s best baseball players in action. Like the weather, offenses tend to heat up in the summer; according to a 2013 study by University of Nevada-Reno researchers Brandon Lee D. Koch and Anna K. Panorska, games with a first-pitch […]

Plain and simple: baseball is just better with Mike Trout around. The outfielder and generational GOAT candidate — at least until his ex-teammate Shohei Ohtani entered the scene — has had a rough start to the 2025 season. As has been typical in the past few seasons, he missed time with an injury, a bone […]

With the NBA season having come to an end last night with the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Game 7 victory over the Indiana Pacers, it’s officially time for baseball to take the center stage. There are only eight games as part of tonight’s featured DFS slate at DraftKings, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of […]
