Garion is a Toronto-based writer who has been playing fantasy sports since elementary school. With a particular affinity for advanced statistics and sabermetrics, he’s been covering DFS Baseball, Football and Basketball for DraftKings dating back to 2018. Prior to that, Garion’s work could be found at FNTSY, SportsGrid, HoopsHype, The New York Daily News and Sportsnet.ca. Still, he is a Dolphins fan, so his decision-making can be questioned from time-to-time.

Things get going at 7:05 p.m. ET, with the Astros and the Yankees squaring-off in the Bronx. Let’s break it all down and find some studs and values. While the fear of jinxing any hot streak is always at the forefront of my mind, it’s a pretty swell time to be reading this article. After a 2-0 performance last Wednesday, we now sit at 13-7 (+5.6u) for the MLB season as a whole. Let’s try to keep the good times rolling on Monday […]

Just a nine-game featured MLB slate on DraftKings this evening, as a handful of games have decided to be annoying and start around 6:30 p.m. ET. It’s not really that much of an inconvenience, but I don’t get off work till seven o’clock, so, you know, it affects my preferred lifestyle — and isn’t that […]

It’s the last day of April and, if the nursery rhyme is to be believed, also the last day of April showers. On that note, keep on eye on tonight’s tilt between the Cubs and Mets, as there is expected to be some inclement weather in the New York City area round first pitch. Won’t […]

We all want to watch the NFL Draft on Thursday night, so MLB was gracious enough to stack the afternoon with baseball and not bother at all with a late slate. Good thinking. We’ve got eight games and several big name pitchers taking the mound. Let’s dive in. Set your DraftKings fantasy baseball lineups here: […]

I’ve got a flight to catch tomorrow morning, so we’re going to dive into Monday’s MLB betting card a little earlier than usual. Where am I flying? That’s classified. What are the bets I like on the diamond? Those you can scroll down and find out. You’re welcome. Bet at a top rated Sportsbook! View […]

I think we’ve had to do a weather breakdown at the top of almost half the MLB articles I’ve written so far this season, so why stop a good thing? Basically, it’s going to be really cold for all teams playing outdoors in the northeast and it might rain (or snow) at Coors Field tonight. […]

We’ve got a small, three-game matinee slate on Thursday, but it’s not without intrigue. Jack Leiter ($9,000), the second-overall pick in the 2021 Draft, will be making his MLB debut in Detroit against the Tigers. Is he worthy of being the most-expensive pitcher on the board? Let’s dive in and break it all down. Set […]
