With a particular affinity for advanced statistics and sabermetrics, he’s been covering DFS Baseball, Football and Basketball for DraftKings dating back to 2018. Prior to that, Garion’s work could be found at FNTSY, SportsGrid, HoopsHype, The New York Daily News and Sportsnet.ca. Still, he is a Dolphins fan, so his decision-making can be questioned from time-to-time.
Not to be too stereotypical about Wednesdays, but they often mean a pretty big NBA slate, and tonight is living up to that claim with nine games listed in DraftKings’ featured contests. Not to be too stereotypical about DFS value articles, but they often break down the slate and offer prospective owners inexpensive options of […]

Here we are again. After yet another clutch victory over the Buffalo Bills in the postseason, Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs find themselves playing in the Super Bowl for the third consecutive year. They’ll be looking to make history by winning all three, though the Philadelphia Eagles likely have other ideas. DraftKings offers […]

After sitting out Monday’s loss to the Timberwolves with a hamstring ailment, Trae Young has been listed as questionable for tonight’s contest against the Rockets. If he’s able to play, he’d join Dyson Daniels back in Atlanta’s starting lineup, as the Australian import does not appear on the Hawks’ injury report. Daniels also missed yesterday’s […]

On the surface, Tuesday’s four-game NBA slate seems simple enough. However, things get a little more complex when you realize that five of the eight teams taking the court this evening are on the second night of a back-to-back set. Better keep an eye on the injury report as the afternoon drags along, people. Now […]

With football at the forefront of every sports fan’s mind on Sunday, basketball took a backseat with just a single game on the schedule. That is not the case on this evening. Far from it. We’ve got 12 games and 24 teams in action on Monday night, with 10 of those contests appearing on DraftKings’ […]

When the NFL Playoffs started a couple weeks back, I’m not sure how many people would have correctly predicted this matchup in the NFC Championship Game. The Eagles were chalk. A 14-3 juggernaut that’s lost only a single game since the beginning of October. However, that one defeat did come at the hands of the […]

We’re all looking for a little value in our lives, aren’t we? I blame [checks notes] …inflation? I think that’s right. Anyway, finding a couple bargains on a slate this small can be challenging, which is where I come in. I already broke down a couple value RB picks, so in this article, I’ll be […]

There’s only three games on tonight’s NBA schedule, yet team’s have still found a way to stuff the injury report with big names. LaMelo Ball ($10,500; wrist) and Ja Morant ($9,000; illness) get things started with a questionable tag. If they’re eventually ruled out, they’d join Joel Embiid (knee), Evan Mobley (calf) and Zion Williamson […]

UPDATE: Morant and Aldama have been ruled out. This three-game NBA slate might be small, but the injury reports for it are looooooong. Things got even worse this morning, as the Grizzlies added Ja Morant as questionable due to an illness. Morant was not present at the team’s shootaround, either. Morant has been fantastic in […]

With the Warriors on the second night of a back-to-back, Steph Curry headlines a lengthy injury report for Golden State, as the team welcomes Chicago on Thursday evening. Curry is questionable due to injury management. Joining him with a Q tag are Trayce Jackson-Davis and Lindy Waters III, while Draymond Green (calf), Jonathan Kuminga (ankle) […]
