Sunday afternoon’s loaded NFL Week 8 slate features an AFC South showdown between the Indianapolis Colts and the Jacksonville Jaguars at EverBank Stadium, with kickoff set for 1 p.m. ET.

The Colts (2–5, 2nd AFC South) have dropped three straight games following last week’s 16–10 road loss to the Minnesota Vikings. The Jaguars (4–2, 1st AFC South) are coming off a Week 7 bye, looking to bounce back from a 34–31 loss to the Houston Texans in London.

Jacksonville is a 10-point home favorite with -500 moneyline odds on DraftKings Sportsbook. Indianapolis is a +380 underdog, with the game total set at O/U 46.5 points.

Let’s dive into the top player prop bets for Sunday’s clash between the Colts and the Jaguars.

Colts vs. Jaguars NFL Player Prop Bets for Week 8

Bhayshul Tuten | Anytime Touchdown (-115)

Bhayshul Tuten returns from a bye week with a boatload of momentum. In Week 6 against the Texans, the second-year running back got involved in Jacksonville’s dangerous passing attack and had one of the best games of his career. He finished with 16 touches — 12 carries and four catches — for 87 total yards from scrimmage and two receiving touchdowns.

Tuten, 23, has four total scores this year, and his receiving breakout should improve his chances of finding the end zone again in a favorable matchup with Indianapolis. The Colts, already in trade-deadline fire-sale mode, head into Week 8 ranked 17th in opponent yards per game (340.3) and 24th in average points allowed (25.7). They’ve allowed six total touchdowns to opposing RBs this season, including a rushing and receiving score to Pittsburgh’s Jaylen Warren in Week 5.

Jonathan Taylor | Over 14.5 Rush Attempts (-121)

All eyes are on Jonathan Taylor ahead of the November 10 trade deadline, with the Colts reportedly fielding calls about the superstar running back. With his name bandied about in trade rumors, Taylor’s rushing lines are notably reduced heading into Week 8 — despite head coach Shane Steichen confirming he will see a full workload against the Jaguars.

While Jacksonville has done a great job shutting down the run this season — allowing the NFL’s fewest rushing yards per game (72.2) — it has yet to face a true bellcow back like Taylor. With Daniel Jones struggling under center, the Colts have had to rely even more on last season’s rushing-touchdown leader (18). Taylor ranks second in the NFL with 140 carries and has rushed 15+ times in every single game so far, with four 20+ carry performances. Even as heavy underdogs, Indianapolis’ best shot at competing — or increasing the value of its greatest asset — is keeping the ball in Taylor’s hands.
