There really isn’t anything better than building a few NFL DFS lineups on a Sunday morning, is there?
Well… I guess family. And puppies. Maybe chicken wings. But lineups are waaaaaay up there. There’s no doubt.
Allow me to help in the process. Here are my top value plays for Week 7’s 10-game slate on DraftKings.

NFL DFS Value Picks: Best Cheap DraftKings Plays for Sunday in Week 7
QB C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans vs. New York Giants, $5,700
It’s a little wild that Stroud’s price is remaining this far below $6,000. Entering Week 7, Stroud ranks second in the NFL in passing yards (1,714), second in average depth of target (10.4 yards) and fourth among QBs in DraftKings FPTS (126.2), thanks primarily to having already registered three 300-yard passing games. That’s where the consistency comes into play, as well. Stroud’s been incredibly reliable in recent weeks, exceeding 20 FPTS in four of his last five starts. Now, to be fair, the Giants’ running defense is far worse than its passing defense, yet this is a unit that just surrendered 29.0 FPTS to Tyler Shough last Sunday. I’m more than willing to take my chances with a red-hot Stroud, especially as he’ll be playing at home in a domed environment.
RB Bam Knight, Arizona Cardinals vs. Denver Broncos, $4,100
I’m not sure what I’m more surprised about: Writing up Bam Knight as a viable value option in 2026 or picking on the Broncos’ once vaunted defense. Whatever the case, it’s happening. With Jeremiyah Love (ankle) once again sidelined, the Cardinals will turn to the two-headed duo of Knight and Tyler Allgeier ($5,000) in Week 7. Last Sunday versus the Rams, it was Allgeier that technically got the start, but Knight was the far more effective back, rushing for 80 yards on 15 carries and nearly cracking 100 scrimmage yards in total. Knight also saw a healthy 44.4% snap share and had three carries inside the 10-yard line in comparison to Allgeier’s two. If this is basically a 50/50 split for a second game in a row, Knight has some real value with a price tag only $100 above the minimum. It helps that Denver ranks 28th in run defense EPA per play and is conceding the seventh-most FPTS per game to opposing RBs.
WR Konata Mumpfield, Los Angeles Rams at Las Vegas Raiders, $3,200
Mumpfield’s fantasy viability is a bit of a spectrum. Here’s what we know as of writing: Davante Adams (hamstring) was placed on IR earlier this week, which means the Rams will be down one of their star receivers in Week 7. The variable is the health of Puka Nacua ($8,400; calf), who missed practice on Thursday and Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday afternoon’s tilt in Vegas. If Nacua is ruled out, Mumpfield is an easy source of value at wideout, even with the Rams more than likely to run a ton of 13 personnel in light of their current roster woes. Let’s use Week 3’s contest against the Broncos as a template for what we might see. Nacua missed that game due to injury, which opened up Mumpfield for eight targets and a 73.3% snap share. The former seventh-round pick would finish with 93 yards and a touchdown. That’s flashing some good ceiling. Now factor in that the Raiders have surrendered an AFC-high 8.5 yards per opponent pass attempt since the beginning of Week 4.
