Week 7 of the NFL season is full of great matchups. The player prop market is full of different ways to get in on the action.
Without further ado, here are three of the best player props for NFL Week 7, including plays on Christian Watson, Daniel Jones and Garrett Wilson.
Best NFL Player Prop Bets and Picks for Week 7
Packers at Lions: Christian Watson Longest Reception Over 27.5 Yards (-116)
Christian Watson is finally having the big season that many have been waiting for. Most importantly, Watson has been able to stay on the field. Watson has always been a great deep-ball threat, but he has become more reliable in every aspect of his game this season. He is already approaching his career-high in receiving yards for a single season and should keep up that production this week.
This road trip against Detroit has been one of Watson’s favorite matchups throughout his career. In each of the past three seasons, Watson has gone for at least 80 receiving yards at Ford Field. The Lions’ defense ranks 28th in the NFL in EPA/dropback and 30th in dropback success rate, so Watson should be in for another big game in Detroit. Watson should go over his longest reception total of 27.5 yards. He has cleared this number in four out of six games this season and should do so again in this very favorable matchup.
Vikings vs. Colts: Daniel Jones 1+ Interceptions (-123)
Daniel Jones has looked more like the Daniel Jones of the New York Giants this season than the guy we saw thrive in Indianapolis prior to his injury last season. Jones has a 4-6 TD-INT ratio and ranks 31st out of 33 quarterbacks in QBR. Now, he gets to face the best defense in the NFL. Brian Flores’ unit has been remarkable, leading the NFL in defensive EPA/play and success rate. The coordinator also some familiarity with Jones, as he was on this Vikings team for a stretch a couple of seasons ago.
Flores should have a lot of blitzes and coverages designed to confuse Jones. The quarterback has thrown at least one interception in five out of six games so far this season, most recently throwing two picks against the Titans. Jones has looked lost all season and is now playing on the road against the best defense in the league. It’s hard to imagine him not throwing at least one more pick in this game.
Jets vs. Dolphins: Garrett Wilson Anytime Touchdown (+170)
Garrett Wilson has been a different beast at MetLife Stadium this season. He is averaging 80.5 receiving yards per game at home this season, and has also scored a touchdown in both Jets home games. Dating back to last season, Wilson has scored a touchdown in five of his past six home games, excluding the Browns game in 2025 that he left early with an injury. Wilson should keep that streak rolling this week against the Dolphins. Miami ranks 31st in the NFL in both defensive EPA/dropback and defensive dropback success rate.
Wilson only got six targets last week against the Patriots, and four of those came in the fourth quarter with the Jets already trailing by multiple scores. There should be an emphasis from Geno Smith and the Jets’ coaching staff to get the ball to Wilson early and often this week against this really poor pass defense. For how good Wilson has been at home over the past two seasons, this is a great price on him to score a touchdown this week.
