UPDATE: Romeo Doubs has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the matchup with his shoulder injury per Patriots Communications.
Patriots wide receiver Romeo Doubs has left today’s matchup against the Jets and is currently being evaluated by the New England training staff.
Doubs was injured while making an impressive 42-yard sliding grab that resulted in a touchdown. The 26-year-old landed hard while coming to the ground and was taken to the medical tent immediately after. He is officially considered questionable to return with a shoulder injury.
This was the lone catch by Doubs today prior to leaving the matchup. Entering today, the fifth-year wide receiver had tallied 13 receptions for 219 yards and two touchdowns during his first season with the Patriots.
More updates will be added as they are provided by the team. Stay tuned to DK Network for further updates on Doubs.
